“#WeR1Million” is a limited period contest valid from 14th Feb 2025-14th May 2025, brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd and it is open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu. No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest. Winners, will win a Bike/ Scooter by Yamaha and In addition, 50 Winners to be announced for monthly giveaways. 150 T Shirts will be awarded by end of the contest.

Eligibility of Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest

** Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest is open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu. The contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

** Employees of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non Resident Indians are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How To Enter in the Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest?

To enter in the Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest, Follow the below steps

Steps:
** User has to capture an image/video showcasing their Yamaha Motorcyle/ Scooter
** Content can be either riding or non riding mode
** Riders should be with safety gears if the video is in riding mode
** Please ensure that any music used in this post is properly licensed
** Using audio tracks without the necessary permissions may result in copyright claims and will not be eligible for contest

** Every person registering on the “#WeR1Million” Website of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd shall be eligible to play the online Contest.
* Every participant shall be allowed one entry to play the online contest per month.
** The main requirement for the Participant to enter this contest is that he or she have a public Instagram account and a public Facebook account or a public YouTube channel that is not restricted or locked to the public.
** The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the contest.
** The participation in the Contest shall imply that participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.

Prizes of Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest

Winners will be decided by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. The images/videos with the highest number of likes in Instagram or the highest number of views in YouTube will be declared as winners. A total of 3 winners will be selected from Instagram or YouTube. These three winners, will win a Bike/ Scooter by Yamaha. In addition to the above, 50 Winners to be announced for monthly giveaways. 150 T Shirts will be awarded by end of the contest.

Terms of Yamaha Motor We R1 Million Contest

1. Participant and the person adjudged as winner shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of India, including, without limitation, laws and regulations relating to corruption and bribery.

2. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to face the consequences, and Yamaha is under no obligation to support in any way. Yamaha reserves the right to take any further action in such a circumstance, including suing the winner for damages.

3. The Contestant agrees and acknowledges that no purchase or payment shall be made for increasing the number of likes or views, and that if such non-compliance comes to Yamaha’s attention, such entries, as determined by Yamaha in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be included in the Contest.

4. Each Participant agrees that his or her entry complies with these terms and conditions by submitting an entry. Each Participant also agrees that Yamaha may disqualify them from the Contest if Yamaha believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry violates these terms and conditions.

5. All information provided to You by Yamaha is deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except as required under applicable law with prior written notice to Yamaha before disclosure of such information.

6. All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize.

7. Decision of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd in all matters relating to this Contest, including draws and prizes, shall be final and binding on the participants.
