What is Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest?

The “Buy PetMax, Win Max” contest is organized and conducted by Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd. The contest is valid for all PetMax 1kg, 2.8kg, 10kg and 20kg packs featuring the “Buy PetMax, Win Max” promotional label. Participants can enter by purchasing a PetMax pack, scanning the QR code on the coupon inside, and registering their coupon code on the contest page on the PetMax website. Last date of contest is 17th March 2025.

Eligibility of Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest

** Open to all Indian residents aged 18 and above.
** Employees of Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd., their distributors, and families are not eligible to participate.
** Participants must provide valid government-issued ID proof upon request (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
** Participants must follow @petmaxindia on Instagram and not unfollow for at least 2 months after registration.
** Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Campaign in any way
** The Participant’s communication address shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by popular courier services.

How To Participate in the Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest?

** Purchase a 1kg, 2.8kg, 10kg or 20kg pack of PetMax pet food that features the ‘Buy PetMax Win Max’ sticker.
** Scan the QR code on the coupon inside the pack.
** Register by entering your name, email ID, mobile number, and unique coupon number mentioned on the coupon.
** Follow PetMax on Instagram @petmaxindia, mention your Instagram username in the registration form and click on the submit button to complete the registration.

Prizes of Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest

** 5 winners will be selected weekly to receive a 0.5gm gold coin.
** One grand prize winner will receive an iPhone 16.
** Every winner shall be eligible for only one prize. However, the participant can send multiple entries for the contest to increase their chances of winning.
** All taxes and charges applicable on the prize shall be borne by the winner.
** Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd. will attempt to reach out to the winner up to 3 times over a call to inform the winner.
** To claim a prize, winners must submit their original coupon received inside the PetMax product pack and valid ID proof.
** If a winner fails to submit the original coupon and a copy of government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) within 7 days of communication, they will be disqualified from the list and new winners will be selected.
** Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
** Prizes will be given to all the winners after the end of the contest period, in person or via courier.
** Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any product/service and/or the prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, bodily harm/ injury or death, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Participant may directly contact the warranty or guarantee provider, as may be applicable.

Winner Selection of Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest

** Winners will be selected randomly from valid entries received during the contest period.
** Contest page will be live from 29th January, 2025. Winners for the promo will be selected and announced every Monday, starting from February 10.
** The decision of Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Dayal Aqua Sciences Pvt. Ltd. shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.

The Buy PetMax, Win Max Contest will run from Jan 29, 2025 to March 17, 2025 (Last date). Entries received outside the contest period will not be considered.
