What is Innovate Style Silky & Strong Contest?
“Silky & Strong” contest for consumers is sponsored and launched by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. The contest is valid to all residents of India from 16/1/2025 to 30/04/2025. The eligible participants who intend to participate in the activity should answer the questions and Spin the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ to stand a chance to win the reward. During the Contest Period, winners will be drawn during the contest period for a Special Prize worth Rs. 20.

Eligibility of Innovate Style Silky & Strong Contest
** This activity is open to persons of age 18 years and above, as on 16 January 2025. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
** This activity is open in all the select cities of India. This activity is not open in Tamil Nadu (TN), any participation received from these states will not be considered. Participation will be treated as Void wherever such activities are prohibited under the local laws.
Prizes of Innovate Style Silky & Strong Contest
** During the Contest Period, winners will be drawn during the contest period for a Special Prize worth Rs. 20.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Promoter and at the discretion of the brand and the agency/promoter and the winner details recorded in the agency/promoter system.
** One participant can win a maximum of 4 prizes per week during the promotion period.
** The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
** Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
** The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
** Promoter or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
How To Enter in the Innovate Style Silky & Strong Contest?
** The eligible participants who intend to participate in the activity should answer the questions and Spin the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ to stand a chance to win the reward.
** From all the valid entries received winners will be selected by randomizer to win rewards. The winners will be selected from the valid and eligible entries and will be informed at the end of the participation journey.
** There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of prize. The actual prize won may differ in size, shape or colour as compared to the ones depicted in communications.
Terms of Innovate Style Silky & Strong Contest
** Prize won is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
** The promoter reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. The promoter will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
** The promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.

** All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
