Eligibility of Tic Tac Jar Pe Car Contest

** Individual retailers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India, during the Promo Period are eligible to participate in this Offer (Eligible Participants).
** Participant should be a resident of India above the age of 18 years.
** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
** The retailers (s) participating in the Offer is / are referred to as Participant(s).

How To Enter in the Tic Tac Jar Pe Car Contest?

** Offer will be open for participation during the Contest period from 01st Jan 2025 00:01 hours to 31st Mar 2025 24:00 hours, till stocks last, only on purchase of Tic Tac Scan & Win Jar Pe Car Packs as listed below
** Tic Tac Iconic Jar, having MRP Rs.360/- (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 255gm and bearing the offer name “Scan & Win”.
** The Offer is applicable only on Promo Packs as stated above and not on any other pack.
** The Promo Packs are limited in quantity and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Offer Period, whichever is earlier.
** The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty about the availability of Promo Packs in all the territories or during the entire Promo Period.
** The retailers are required to purchase Iconic Promo Packs during the Promo period, in India.
** Find the six-digit unique code printed under the back label of the Promo Pack
** Keep your Promo Pack ready for participation.
** Scan the QR code on the top of the pack and land on the campaign website.
** On the platform, you must enter your unique code, Select State, name, Shop Name, mobile number, OTP, UPI ID and complete registration.
** Retailers from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry will have to answer the question appearing after entering UPI id.
** Upon registration, a digital scratch appears. Scratch the card and reveal the cashback won.
** Once revealed the cashback will be credited to you UPI linked bank account in 24 hours.
** Winners for grand prizes i.e. Car and Scooter will be selected at the end of the campaign and will be contacted by the Agency.
** The Participants are required to retain the empty Promo Pack/Jar containing the Promo Code used for participation and hand over the same to the Organizer for claiming the Prize, if required.
** The Company is not obliged to verify or correlate the identity of the participant or winner with the identity of the purchaser and the Company shall not entertain any claims or disputes in this regard.
** The participants are required to keep their Promo packs secret and not to share the same with anyone else.
** Retailer with same mobile number can redeem twice a day and up to 6 times during the entire Campaign Period.

** For state of Tamil Nadu, Winner will be selected basis the most innovative answer to the question “I love tictac because?”
** Winners for cashback will be announced weekly during the Contest period on https://JarPeCarPromo.tictac.com/.
** Winners for Scooty and a car will be announced after the Contest period gets over on https://JarPeCarPromo.tictac.com/
** Winners from Tamil Nadu will be selected basis the most innovative answer to the question “I love tictac because?” Winners with the most innovative answer received between “Contest period” to this question will get a chance to win any of the prize.
** Winners of Car and Scooty of other states will be selected through a draw through random scientific selection basis the entries received during the promotion period described above.
** Entries coming outside the Promo Period defined above will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
** The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the prizes shall be determined by the Company and the Company reserves the right to vary the same to resolve the practical difficulties, if any.
** Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed / un-availed prizes will be forfeited.
** The winner(s) for Car and Scooter shall bear and pay all applicable, taxes (such as Gift Tax or any other applicable state or central taxes), duties, etc. on or with respect to the prizes.
