The Nestle Milkybar Consumer Promotion (Contest) is launched by Nestlé India Limited. This Program is valid in India. Participants must be citizens of India and must reside in India. Program only valid on NESTLE MILKYBAR® 22.g, 24g and 42g packs.The Prize for the contest is a voucher for a 3 days & 2 Nights Family Trip (2 Adult and 2 Kids above age of 2 years) to Hong Kong. Last date of contest is 31st March 2025.

Eligibility of Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest

** The Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
** Participants must be citizens of India and must reside in India. Non-Indian citizens and non-Indian residents are not eligible to participate.
** Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Nestlé India, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, the Agency, and advertising agencies (including their immediate family members), are not eligible to participate.
** Additionally, all individuals directly associated with the organization of the Program are also ineligible to participate.
** Nestlé India reserves the right to exclude any person from the Program on grounds of misconduct, criminal record, or for any other reasons it deems fit. No communication in this regard will be entertained.

How To Enter in the Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest?

To Enter in the Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest, Follow the below steps

Steps:
1. Program only valid on NESTLE MILKYBAR® 22.g, 24g and 42g packs.
2. Entries must be submitted according to the procedure described below. Entries submitted through any other mode/platform will not be entertained. The decision of Nestlé India shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
3. A Participation(s) can submit a maximum of 1 entry during the Program Period.

4. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the following guidelines and Terms & Conditions:
a. Scan the QR code on pack
b. Confirm if you are 18 year of age or older.

c. Fill in the below details
** Your name
** Mobile Number
** Enter Batch number
** Enter Age
** Select your state from a dropdown list
** Your number will be verified by the OTP.
** Provide consent to Terms & Conditions & Nestle privacy policy.
** Click on Get OTP.
** Enter the OTP under the verification tab.

5. For ROI (Rest of India), you will get to answer 4 questions. If all the provided answers are correct, you will be eligible for lucky draw.
6. If you select TN (Tamil Nadu), you will get to answer the same 4 questions. If all the 4 answers are correct, then you have to answer one more subjective question with a unique and imaginative answer.
7. On completion of entry, you will get a successful participation message popup.

Prizes of Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest

** A participant who has been selected and notified as Winner(s) in terms of Section 11 of these Terms and Conditions shall be awarded with Prize(s). Following are details of the Number of Winner(s) and Prizes:
** There will be 6 winners where in 5 winners will be from ROI & 1 from Tamil Nadu.
** The Prize for the contest is a voucher for a 3 days & 2 Nights Family Trip (2 Adult and 2 Kids above age of 2 years) to Hong Kong which will be subject to the terms and conditions of voucher. The trip will include:
** Air ticket in economic class from Mumbai/ Delhi / Bangalore to Hong Kong & Tickets for Hong Kong observatory & Museum of Science Tour are included in the package.
** Includes a stay in Hong Kong will be for 3 days & 2 nights. The hotel stay includes room for 2 Adults, 2 Children and breakfast. Any other meals are not included in the package
** Private transport is applicable only for airport /hotels transfers & travel to Hong Kong observatory & Museum of Science Tour.
** Visit to Hong Kong Observatory & Museum of Science Tour.
** Tamil Nadu: User has to answer all 4 answers post which a subjective question will pop up. The user needs to give a unique and imaginative response.
** The winner will be selected based on creativity as judged by the third-party auditor. The winner for Tamil Nady will be announced at the end of Program period.
** Winners will receive the voucher code via SMS & the same needs to be validated with the booking partner.
** The last date to provide all the documents would be 30th April 2025.
** Nestlé India or its agency will contact the selected winner(s) on contact details for verification.

What is the Last Date of Nestle Milkybar Consumer Contest?

The Milkybar Consumer Contest shall commence on 1-Feb-2025 at 12:00 AM and conclude on 31-Mar-2025 at 11:59 PM (Last date). Any entry submitted before or after the Program Period as described above shall not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
