Made in Rajasthan Contest 2025 is a fan engagement and rewards programme which has been launched by Royal Multisport Private Limited. The fan is currently residing in Rajasthan can enter in this contest. Winners will receive an opportunity to perform before audience at the Sawai Mansingh Stadiumprior to the relevant home matches played by Rajasthan Royals team during the Indian Premier League (“IPL”) 2025 in Jaipur. Eligibility of Rajasthan Royals Made in Rajasthan Contest

Participation to this Rajasthan Royals Made in Rajasthan Contest shall be subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions (“Participant”):

** The fan is a citizen and resident of India; and
** The fan is 18 (eighteen) years of age and is of sound mind; and
** The fan is currently residing in Rajasthan.
** The fan will be required to provide valid address proof, such as Aadhar card, passport, or any other government-issued identification, to verify residency and age as and when required by RMPL.

The Participant(s) may access the Rajasthan Royals Made in Rajasthan Contest in the following manner:
** The Participant(s) would be required to send a WhatsApp message to the mobile no. 7000440983 (“Contest Number”),which shall be operated by the Promotion Partner.
** The Participant(s) would be required to submit their entry in the form of a video recording in [insert format],which shall be of a minimum duration of [insert duration], as per RMPL’s sole discretion. [Equilex Comment: Please provide the aforementioned details]

Prizes of Rajasthan Royals Made in Rajasthan Contest

** If the Participant’s entry is selected by RMPL, as a winner in the manner specified below, then the relevant winning Participant(s) will receive an opportunity to perform before audience at the Sawai Mansingh Stadiumprior to the relevant home matches played by Rajasthan Royals team during the Indian Premier League (“IPL”) 2025 in Jaipur in the manner specified by RMPL, which shall be promoted by RMPL on a best efforts basis via social media, and as per RMPL’s sole discretion, in addition to the relevant merchandise as specified below.
** By submitting their entry for this Contest, the Participant(s) shall ensure their availability to perform on the relevant match dates i.e. April 13, 2025, April 19,2025, April 28, 2025, May 1, 2025, and May 16, 2025, and/or any other date on which any of the match(es) may be rescheduled. Further RMPL may require the relevant shortlisted Participant(s) to be available for live performances, interviews, or promotional activities if required during the Term of this Contest.

Terms of Rajasthan Royals Made in Rajasthan Contest

** The prizes receivable by a Participant shall be non-transferable and non-assignable to any person other than the Participant.
** The prizes receivable by a Participant shall not be exchangeable for any other goods, services or cash. The winning Participant(s) shall be required to pay the relevant taxes and costs(id any) for the relevant prize components.
** RMPL shall not be responsible for the quality, warranty, reliability or performance of the prizes given to the Participant.
** RMPL shall also promote the Contest on all or such social media platforms and through the, as RMPL may in its sole and exclusive discretion, through the accounts owned and operated by RMPL.
** This Contest shall not be construed as a lottery. This Contest is a fan engagement exercise and shall not devolve any economic benefit to the Participants or the winners and does not involve any monetary consideration whatsoever.
** RMPL shall store the Participant Information in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its ancillary regulations (“IT Act”), and shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in the collection, processing and handling of all Participant Information including compliance to the data protection laws under the relevant provisions of the IT Act by implementing practical technical and organizational measures to protect such Participant Information against any unauthorized access.
** It is hereinafter clarified that RMPL shall not be held responsible for any liability loss, damage or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
** These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
** In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.
