The Contest shall comprise of 5 multiple choice questions based on each of the Programs telecasted on the Channel and triggered on a daily basis during Contest Period. Eligibility of Star Vijay Parisu Thriuvizha Watch & Win Contest

Participant should be a citizen and resident of Tamil Nadu, India, who is physically present and located in Tamil Nadu and who is of 18 years or above as on 14th April, 2025.

How To Enter in the Star Vijay Parisu Thriuvizha Watch & Win Contest?

** The Contest shall comprise of 5 (five) multiple choice questions based on each of the Programs telecasted on the Channel and triggered on a daily basis during Contest Period.
** To participate in the Contest and to be eligible for the Prize (as defined below), the interested Participant(s) shall be required to answer the Questions triggered on the Channel on a daily basis during the Contest Period in the following manner :
** Answer all 5 (five) Questions on a daily basis by making a missed call to the unique mobile numbers/ VMN assigned to the respective answer options for the Questions (“Answer/ Entry”).
** Out of the Answer/ Entry received on a daily basis, a minimum of 5 Answers have to be correct. To enable the Participant to qualify further for the Prize, this is a mandatory requirement.
** Only Entries received during the Contest Period are valid i.e. Participants shall give a missed call to the VMN assigned only during the Contest Period).

Prizes of Star Vijay Parisu Thriuvizha Watch & Win Contest

** For the entire Contest Period the total number of Winners shall not exceed a total number of 10 day and 60 per week.
** Each Winner shall be entitled to a voucher code, the value of the said gratification being Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), which can be redeemed at any of the retail outlet of Sathya Agencies in Tamil Nadu
** The Winners along with their city name will be announced on a daily basis during the Contest Period, on the digital platforms of the Channel including on Facebook, X and Instagram through a branded video promotion, or as deemed fit by SIPL.

General Rules:
** In the event of any fault, misunderstanding or dispute concerning any part of the Contest, the decision of SIPL shall be final.
** The Participant(s) should not have been previously convicted of any criminal offense or must not be a party to an arrangement or a contract that prevents them from participating in the Contest. The Employees of the SIPL, employees of Right Choice and Sathya Agencies and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Proof of age, if requested, of the Participant(s) must be submitted to SIPL (i.e., Birth Certificate, 10th Standard graduation Certificate/ School certificate/ passport/ an affidavit signed by a magistrate and attested in such manner) as may be required by SIPL to confirm the eligibility of the Participant(s). SIPL also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s)/ Winner(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/ provided/ stated by the Participant(s)/ Winner(s) at any point of time during the Contest Period.
** The Participant(s)/ Winner represents and undertakes to execute and produce such further documents as may be required by SIPL in relation to the Contest.
** Participant(s) agree, understand, and acknowledge that there is no prize/gratification for merely sending an Entry in the Contest.
** Each Participant consents to the use of information submitted by the Participant(s)/ Winner including the Entry(s)/ Answer(s) for the purpose as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
** SIPL reserves the right to cancel and/ or postpone the Contest without assigning any reasons and/ or without giving any prior intimation to the Participant(s).
** In case a Participant(s)/ Winner is found to be in non-conformance of the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, User Generated Content or Privacy Policy, then SIPL will disqualify the Entry/ Answer received from such Participant(s)/ Winner.
** The Terms & Conditions shall be advertised sufficiently across the Website to ensure that no Participant is misled and understands the entire participation process prior to participating in the Contest.
