The contest is valid only for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India and shall take place PAN India.

Contest Official Rules :

The following are the Rules of the contest:
1. Winners will be announced for the contest on each platform (Facebook, Instagram &Twitter), each of whom will receive an Ajmal Perfume. The selection of winners and the perfume they are awarded lies solely with Ajmal & Sons. In case of disputes, the decision of Ajmal & Sons shall be final and binding.
2. The winners will be selected by Ajmal & Sons and announced after the above mentioned date of the contest. Winners of the contest will be contacted individually as per the contact details provided by the participants.
3. Selection of the winners is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
4. Ajmal & Sons shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Contest.
5. Ajmal & Sons will not be responsible for wrong contact details provided by the winners. A participant who is a Winner of the Contest hosted by Ajmal & Sons will be required to visit an AJMAL Retail Outlet to collect/avail his or her prize, at a time that is deemed by Ajmal & Sons to be correct.
6. The participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. No employee, retailer, distributor or agent of Ajmal & Sons shall be entitled to participate in the contest.
7. There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else. Failure to accept the prize by the winner(s) when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and Ajmal & Sons reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner.
8. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to Ajmal & Sons to use the winner’s name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
9. Ajmal & Sons reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time.
10. The Winners will not be permitted to participate in any subsequent publicity related to the Contest, except that which is organized by Ajmal & Sons.
