Republic Day Offer Terms & Conditions:

** This offer is only valid on select modelsonly, purchased by an individual on or between 22nd DEC 2015 and 31st JAN 2016 across India from ASUS Authorized Partners.

The Republic Day promotion offer will end on January 31, 2016

For the purchases made between 9th OCT 2015 and 15th NOV 2015 following offer will be applicable:
1) For Notebooks (Intel Core i3 & above, including Zenbook and Transformer series) and AIO, offer worth INR 4,999/- can be availed by making a payment of INR 399/-

The Gift Package contains the following Goodies:

** For offer eligibility, registration is mandatory on asusindiapromo.com/republic-offer/ as per the Offer Redemption Guidelines. Registration has to be done within 7 days from the purchase date of the product as mentioned on the invoice. The Purchases made on 31st Jan 2016 will be able to register till 7th Feb 2016.

** Registration done post the stipulated period will lead to automatic disqualification and ASUS will have no liability for the same. Providing incorrect or insufficient details at the time of registration, will lead to automatic rejection of the offer entitlement.

** For successful redemption of the offer it is mandatory that the details provided by the customer at the time of registration match with the details in the supporting documents attached with the registration without which the offer claim will be rejected. Validation of the details and documents provided at the time of registration will be completed within 10 working days from the date of submission.

** After successful validation the customers will receive a confirmation SMS and Email along with a payment link on the registered Email. Post claim Approval, eligible customers are requested to make the required payment on the offer website by clicking on the ‘PAY NOW’ tab by entering the required details within 7 days as per the Redemption process guidelines,failure to do so would lead to automatic disqualification.

** Purchase invoice and id proof attached should be in a proper readable format, failing to do so would lead to the offer claim being automatically rejected. Offer entitlement or rejection will be intimated by SMS & e-mail at the registered email id and mobile number only.

** Invoices issued in favour of organizations or companies will not be eligible for the offer. In the event of non-availability of certain goodies, the eligible participant will be provided with other items as per the availability andat the sole discretion of ASUS.

** In case the claim is rejected the customer needs to contact the helpline within 5 days and rectify any issues if possible. Warranty T&Cs for the Goodies provided will be responsibility of the respective Goodies’ manufacturer and ASUS willbe not liable or responsible to resolve any issues related to the same.

** If the Customer Receives a Defective or Faulty product he should inform the same on the helpline ID and toll-free within 7 days of receipt of the gift. Post which no such request will be entertained. Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer. Cash redemption is not permissible in this offer.

** Post redemption offer process, claims or orders cannot in any manner be cancelled or modified. In the event of the claim offer being rejected post receiving payment ASUS shall in its sole discretion take a decision and such decision shall be final. In case of any rejection by ASUS post payment acknowledgement, refund will take minimum of 30 days from the intimation of the rejected date.

** While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and ASUSreserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors without providing any explanation. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the eligible participant.

** ASUS shall not be liable to provide any refund or relief to those participants, in the event that the offer is not redeemed during the offer validityperiod. ASUS shall not be liable to provide any relief if the gift is not received by the customer within the given timeline.

** The decision of ASUS on any matters in relation to or arising from the offer shall be final and binding. ASUS reserves the right to reject any offer application if the criteria for qualifications are not met. ASUS reserves the right to decline orders arising from any error or false statements/declarations provided by the customer without providing any explanation.

** The personal information provided herein will be stored as per ASUS’s privacy policy and the data will be shared withour partner for offer fulfilment purpose and for informing new offers related to ASUS products. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.

** It will be at the sole discretion of ASUS to stop the promotioneven before January 31, 2016. ASUS will not be liable to provide the offer benefits to customer once the offer is ended either on January 31, 2016 or before asper ASUS discretion. ASUS reserves the right to add/modify/delete these terms & conditions without anyprior notice and the same shall come into force with immediate effect.
