The following are the Terms and Conditions for the activity #HonorNewYear, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’).

The prizes will be dispatched to the winners only after January 31

The Contest is sponsored by Huawei Telecommunications (INDIA), hereinafter referred to as “Honor India or Sponsor”.

Eligibility Criteria :
** The Contest is open to residents of India above the age of 18 years having a valid email address and a legitimate Facebook account. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant (“Participant”). Entries by Participants below age of 18 years will be disqualified.

** Employees of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the activity, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

** Participation constitutes participants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

What Is The Contest?:
Open as many gifts as possible and score points. Share your top score on Facebook and claim it. You can stand a chance to win goodies from Honor India.

How To Play?:

** Visit this link from your desktop/mobile and log in with your Facebook account to start playing.
** Touch/click on the screen to fire a magic bullet to open a gift.
** Score as many points as possible by opening the gifts.
** Direction of the bullet is decided by the swing of the magic wand after Level 2.
** To win exciting gifts, share your top score on your FB wall. The more number of FB shares along with higher scores, the better are your chances of winning!

Activity Date & Time:
** The Contest starts on December 31, 2015 and ends on January 15, 2016. Entries registered before or after the Contest period will not be taken into account.
** Honor India reserves the right to extend the period of the Contest at its discretion. In the event of a revision, Honor India will notify about the same on the Facebook and Twitter account.

Prize & Winner Selection & Declaration:
** Score 12,500 points or more and win one of 3 honor 6 Plus phones; score 12000 – 12500 points and win one of 3 honor 7 phones; score between 8500 and 12,000, and win one of 10 honor 4X limited edition phones. The more number of FB shares along with higher scores, the better are your chances of winning!

** The above winners will be chosen from the pool of top scorers through a lucky draw. The winner will be chosen at the discretion of Honor India and questions pertaining to the decision will not be solicited. In case of disputes, the decision of Honor India will be final. Winners of the #honorEurekaXmas game are not eligible to win in this contest.

** The winner will be announced at the end of the contest period. The Sponsor reserves the right to postpone the winner announcement as it deems fit. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, honor India reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If there is a delay in dispatching the prizes, Sponsor will communicate separately to the winners.

** Failure to cooperate with the Sponsor will result in disqualification and another winner will be chosen in his/her place. Prizes must be redeemed in a manner set forth by Honor India while announcing the winner. In the event that any prize is returned as undeliverable, Honor India reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.

Requirements:
** Contest is open only for a limited period of time. In order to participate, one must visit this link and play according to the rules stipulated in Section II. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that any content they submit does not infringe upon the copyright of any third party or any other Intellectual Property rights.

** Participant must not violate any law or regulation; denigrate (or be derogatory towards) any person or group of persons or any race, ethnic group or culture; contain vulgar or obscene language or excessive violence; contain pornography, obscenity or sexual activity or tortuous or defamatory or vulgar; or disparage the Sponsor of the activity. Furthermore, Contest is open only for a limited period of time

** There is no requirement to make any purchase in order to enter the Contest. Any costs incurred during the course of the activity such as phone bills are to be borne by the participant. Honor India reserves right to exclude any Participant at its sole discretion without providing any reasons thereof.

** Further, Honor India reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet with the criteria set forth. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Contest, the decision of Honor India will be final and binding and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
