Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at F-1, Laxmi Woolen Mills Estate, Shakti Mills Lane, Dr E Moses Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 011- India(“Hungama” or “Organizer”) and is open for participation for active1 pre-paid category of Subscribers2 (“Subscriber(s)”) of Vodafone India Limited,
** Vodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone West Limited, Vodafone East Limited, Vodafone South Limited,
** Vodafone Digilink Limited, Vodafone Cellular Limited and Vodafone Spacetel Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone India”) as part of the Vodafone’s Radio Unlimited Pack (hereinafter referred to as “Radio Unlimited Pack”) during the period from 6th July, from 00:00:01 hrs till 4th August 2015, 23:59:59 hrs (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).
** Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period, as it deems fit, without any prior intimation to the Subscriber/s or any interested party.
** The Contest is open for all active Subscribers who satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in Clause 3 below and who belong to the following Vodafone India telecom circles (“Circle(s)”) of
** Andhra Pradesh, Assam, North East, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharastra, Madhya Pradesh,Orissa, Mumbai, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh East, Uttar Pradesh West, Kolkata, West Bengal, Chennai And Tamil Nadu who have successfully subscribed to the Radio Unlimited Pack (hereinafter referred to as “Radio Unlimited Pack Member(s)”) by following the subscription process mentioned hereunder.

Eligibility :
** This Contest is open for subscription for all subscribers (Pre-Paid consumer of Vodafone) who fulfil the following criteria
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must be a Radio Unlimited Pack Member
** Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein
** The Subscriber must not be employee or relative of Hungama, Vodafone or any other promotional Partners like One97 & On mobile.
** Subscriber must not be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
