Shop & Win Contest Terms & Conditions :

** Shop & Win contest will commence for Customers (who visits during Promotional Period at the Mall and shops and or spends Rs 5000/- and more in a day) from 11:00 hrs on 19th December, 2015 and will close on – 20:00 hrs on 10th January, 2016 (hereinafter the Promotion Period), at High Street Phoenix (the Mall).

No separate charges or fees for participating in the Shop & Win Contest

** The offer by way of Coupons is being made to the Customers purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to ‘force majeure” conditions, including but not limited acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, statutory prohibitions restrictions. The Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer and any such participation shall be purely voluntary by them.

** During the Promotion period upon submission and /or after showing the Cash Memos/Bills copy for purchase/ expenditure of Rs. 5000/- or above made at the Mall in a day will entitle the Customer to get a Coupons to participate in the Shop & Win shopping Contest. For purchases/ expenditure made in multiples of Rs.5000/- the corresponding number of Coupons will be issued by the Mall.

** However, for individual Customer to be eligible and or entitled for a Coupon he or she must shop and or spent amount of Rs.5000/- in a single day. Should a Customer avail of any discount at the time of making a purchase then only the net value of that invoice will be considered while issuing the Coupons. For Online registration, Customers can participate by making multiple entries. However, the total bill value of such bills should be more than 5000/-

** The various offers made under the Shop & Win Contest cannot be clubbed with each other or any other offer/scheme by various brands in the Mall.  Sponsors of Shop and Win contest may call you for promotional offers.

** The Coupons should be filled completely and legibly by the Customer, in English language only, to be eligible for the Shop& Win contest hereby. It shall be the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, phone number, Photo ID proof or any other details are provided as required by Phoenix Mills Limited . Any incomplete entry or entry in illegible handwriting shall be disquali?ed.

** While collecting the Coupons kindly ensure that the authorized person of the Mall at the special promotion counter endorses the same. Entries, which are not endorsed, will be treated as invalid. All Entries will have to be put into the designated collection box for the weekly lucky draw and mega lucky draw separately kept at the registration desk.

** Participant can also register through online registration , any Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating or creating dubious profiles etc. shall be disqualified from the Contest and shall not be eligible for the Contest Prize.

** To participate the Customer/s must be an Indian national and residing in India and in case of the draw is awarded to the Customer must produce his proof of the citizenship. The Customers will be required to retain the counterfoil of the Coupons and all Cash Memos/Bills in original safely.

** The same will be required to be produced at the time of receiving the prize for verification, without which he or she would not be entitled for prize and the Mall is not liable to handover the prize to the lucky winner.

** The Mall does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged counterfoils and cash memos, and no duplicate copies for either of them will be provided to the Customers and the same would not be valid if produced. Entries received by mail, courier, etc., will not be accepted and the Mall will not be responsible for lost or damaged entries.

** The Contest Prize shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the Winner. The decision of the Mall will be final and binding on all the participant and no personal correspondence and or dispute of any nature will be entertained in this regard.

** All prizes are subject to Indian Tax laws and compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations. Any tax liability arising from the prize won shall be borne by the winner alone. The winner will have to remit the tax applicable atleast 7 days before collecting the prize failing which prize awarded would stand withdrawn and no correspondence and or complaint would be entertained thereafter.

** The Mall reserves the right to terminate or extend the Shop & Win contest at any time, or to accept or reject any entry at its absolute discretion during the shopping contest with or without notification and without assigning any reason whatsoever. Goods purchased & won under the aforesaid scheme are entitled for exchange at the sole discretion of the Mall and as per the Mall policies but no Cash refund will be given to the Customer at any point in time.

** Goods/merchandise purchased by redemption of Gift Certificates /Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes of the other Mall retailers does not qualify for the Lucky draw. The Mall holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the quality of the prizes. All the prizes will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined by the concerned Companies by whom the prize is sponsored / manufactured.

** The model and make of the prize will be at the sole discretion of the Mall. The Mall shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/ damage, claim that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by the Customer under this offer. The Mall will offer weekly and monthly prizes during the promotion period.

** The Prizes will be issued in Mumbai only and all charges towards any taxes as may be applicable will have to be borne by the winner. lf the winner is from any other city, then the winner will have to make all the necessary arrangements for collecting the prize and transporting the same to the city of stay.

** Officers and employees of and agencies associated with Phoenix Mills Limited this Contest, and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse and children) will not be eligible to participate in this Contest. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

** The Phoenix Mills Limited (PML) shall on luck draw basis initially select 100 lucky participants and call all of them to be present on the day (to be decide by PML at its sole discretion) when the winner shall be selected. Out of 100 participant PML shall select 5 winner however in event the first winner fails to claim the reward, which shall be valid and subsisting for 7 days from the date of intimation, PML shall allow next winner to claim the reward, on same terms and conditions referred to herein above, so on and so forth will be done till 5th winner.

** If the winner does not claim the same in the said duration, the right to claim the prize shall stand revoked and forfeited unconditionally and irrevocably and no claims will be entertained thereafter. In case the winner is not able to come in person to claim the reward, a representative can collect the reward by producing the original purchase receipt ticket voucher’s receipt and a letter of authorization from the winner along with the Proof of Residence. The present terms and conditions are without prejudice to any other rights of the Mall and the Mall hereby reserves its discretion to exercise the same as and when required.

** By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the all terms and conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Contest. Phoenix Mills Limited at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions relating to the Contest from time to time and/or suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel this Contest without prior notice, without stating any reason and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
