** This contest is hosted by Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited in collaboration with New South Wales (NSW) Tourism. In case if we find that the participant has created his account only to participate in the contest, Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited may consider it to be invalid entry.

** Only those users who are individuals and residents of India shall be eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is not open to the employees of Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited, NSW, SMG Convonix, and their associate companies, their family, friends, etc. and the franchisee and PSA network of Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited.

** Users can take part in the contest only once. The Contest period is starting from 7th January 2016 till 10th January 2016. The right to change the period is at the sole discretion of Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited. Two winners will be selected amongst the valid entries by lottery system and would be accorded with online shopping vouchers worth Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) each.

** The gifts for the winners cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or exchanged for any other product. By taking part in the Contest the participant agrees to receive communication from Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited about the Contest and other promotions on the email ID that have been shared by them.

** Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited reserves the right to change/amend the prizes. Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required in its sole discretion.

** Any lapse in communicating with the winner due to false emails/addresses/provided by the winners via contest entry process will not be the responsibility of Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited, and the winner will be treated as void in such cases.

** Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and conditions of the Contest will be served to the participant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the Facebook campaign page.

** Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the contestants, and reserves its rights to direct the possible claimants to the contestants in the respect of the content submitted by the contestants.

** We may collect personally identifiable information that the participant provides to us, such as his name, member ID, phone number or email address which may be used by Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited for its internal and promotional purposes. Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited may also access profile and other information from Social media platforms.

** These Terms and Conditions for the contest shall be construed, interpreted, applied and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes with regards to the contest shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. By participating in the contest, the participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation. All submissions and entries for the contest shall be accepted at the sole discretion of Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited.

** The Participant alone shall be responsible and liable for all loss or damage caused due to any copyright or other intellectual property rights violation arising out of the content submitted by the Participant as part of the contest. The contest, Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited, its employees, promoters, partners and sponsors shall not be liable for any legal or punitive action.

** By participating in the contest, the Participant agrees to indemnify Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited, its promoters, partners and sponsors from any and all liability arising out of a violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights arising out of the content submitted by the Participant.
