Late Fee :
** For entries after 21-07-2015 players will be charged Rs. 50/- as late fee (Or)
** Competitors can play in the second round with ‘0’ point only. Entries are
** Accepted through Mobile Phone, SMS, E-mail & in person.
** Participants who have already registered their entries should be present
** Before 10 a.m. on 25.07.2015 sharp otherwise such of those participant’s
** Entries will also be considered as a spot entry

Rules and Regulations :
1. The Tournament is open to Tamil Nadu Players only.
2. The Latest FIDE Rules in force shall apply and the Swiss system will be followed.
3. Time Control: Each Half an hour. Participation certificates will be awarded to all participants
4. The first round will commence at 12.05 p.m. on 25.07.2015. The number of rounds and round wise schedule shall be announced at tournament hall
5. TNSCA Registration is compulsory for Tamil Nadu players. The TNSCA Registration fee is Rs. 100/- for the year 2015-16. Those who are not registered should apply for registration with duly filled and signed TNSCA registration form along with a copy of their Date of Birth Certificate obtained from Municipality / Corporation with one passport size photograph. Those who are already registered with TNSCA must show proof thereof
6. Namakkal District Chess Foundation Registration is compulsory for Namakkal District players.
7. Players are requested to bring their own International chess sets (and chess clock if, any).**
8. Tiebreak: Buchholz tiebreak system will be applied .In case of tie, prizes will not be shared.
9. The Arbiters’ decisions’ shall be final and binding on all players concerned.
10. Entries received after 21.07.2015 will attract a late fee of Rs. 50/- per player. No entry will be entertained after 23.07.2015.
11. The TNSCA / Namakkal District Chess Foundation / the organizers Aim Chess Academy reserve the rights to admit / refuse and entry without assigning any reason thereof.

12. Out station players will be given dormitory type of accommodation. The players are requested to bring their own beddings.
13. If any error is found out in the production of ID, proof of a player, at any time during the tournament, he/she will be disqualified. School ID must be produced.
14. The best special prizes will be awarded to the school which brings maximum players and the school that produces outstanding performances. Special prizes will be given up to 2nd standard & special prizes for Park View Academy
