VERO MODA Sula Girl Contest Terms & Conditions :

** The winner for “VERO MODA Sula Girl” shall be chosen by Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited as per the format of the contest and the same shall be final and binding on all the participants of the contest.

The winner will be entitled to two passes each for Sula fest for 6th, 7th February in Sula Vineyards, Nasik

** The Contest will be held from (11/Jan/2016) until (25/Jan/2016), commencing from (“Contest Period”): time 12 AM (IST) on (11/Jan/2016) and ending on (12 AM (IST) on (25/Jan/2016). The contest is open to all residents of India aged 18 or over, except those residing in state of Tamil Nadu, permanent and /or contract employees of the Organizer (including its associated and related companies) and their immediate family members.

** Five (5) winners will be picked by Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited through Lucky Draw. Entries that are incomplete, illegible and/or fraudulent will be disqualified immediately. Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited shall bear the cost for the return economy class airfare inclusive of taxes to Mumbai/ Pune (Airport) for winner and one person only and will arrange for travel by road to Nasik for 2 people only (winner with one person).

** The winner will be entitled for hotel accommodation inclusive of taxes for 2D/1N at Nasik for 2 people (winner with one person) only. No requests for extended stay or change in hotels will be entertained. All other expenses towards F&B (lunch, dinner, drinks) sightseeing, expenses incurred during the event and any other personal expenses shall be borne by the winner.

** All winners will be notified on their personal email id/contact number provided by the winner. The winner shall reply with her acceptance/rejection within 48 hrs from the date of intimation by Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited through email provided by the winner, failing which Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited reserves the right to revoke the selection and choose another winner.

** Hotel bookings & Air Tickets once confirmed cannot be cancelled, redeemed or changed in any case whatsoever. The decision on the winners of the contest is final. No correspondence will be entertained. This prize shall not be transferable/ redeemable for cash and is strictly on non-transferable basis and the winner can claim the prize for one time use only.

** Prizes are subject to the laws of India and applicable taxes, as may be applicable to the winners. The winner, subject to the completion of all formalities, as may be required by Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited, to accept the Prize, shall be deemed to have accepted prize. In the event of cancellation of the trip by the winner due to whatsoever reason, the winner will intimate Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited of the same at least minimum 7 days before the travel date.

** The package can’t be exchanged for the cash or in any form whatsoever. Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited hereby disclaims any liability arising due to any loss, damages, injury caused during or due to the trip mentioned above. The winner shall be solely responsible for any such liability.

** Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited in this regard reserves all the rights and decisions, which shall be binding on the Winner. All disputes arising in this regard shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai only.

** Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions.

** No correspondence shall be entertained. Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Entries failing to comply with this provision will be disqualified without prior notification.

** Submissions which do not relate to the topic will be automatically disqualified. Entries shall not contain any material and/or statement which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct or is conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable law.

** By participating in the Contest, Contestant agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set therein and any decision made by the judges and/or receipt. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.

** Any Contestant Personal Data provided by Contestant to Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited in connection with the Contest shall be kept confidential except to any activities mentioned thereto. Bestseller Fashion India Private Limited shall take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Contestant Personal Data.
