My Idea In The Sky Contest :

The “My Idea in the sky Contest would be organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth in association with Idea Cellular Limited. DLK and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organizers”.

DLK will at all times be wholly, solely, exclusively and absolutely liable & responsible for the content, conduct, organization, administration of the contest end to end without limiting only to the designing of the portal as well as the selection of the winner/s. The role of Idea will be exclusively limited & restricted only to that of a telecom service provider.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Contest is valid and open to those Idea Gujarat customer Participants who voluntarily subscribe for the Contest. The Participants who subscribe for the contest during the period of 12th January 2016 till 17th January 2016 within the prescribed time scheduled as mentioned above, shall only be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in this Contest.

However participation in this Contest is subject to the following criteria:
** Participant should be necessarily above 18 years of age.
** Participant should be a citizen & national of India and a permanent resident of Gujarat. Participant will be required to provide valid documents in support of his/her/their citizenship and permanent residency.
** Participant has neither had/have been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor is of an unsound mind.
** Participant is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

To Participate in the Contest:

** To participate/subscribe in the Contest, participant is/are necessarily required to submit entries via his/her/their Facebook or twitter profile only.
** Participant needs to think of a creative idea, which according to him/her will make your city and your Gujarat state even more creative than it already is.
** Participant needs to write this idea on a kite along with the hashtag #MyIdeaInTheSky.
** Participant then needs to click a photo holding the kite, such that the text written on the kite is clearly visible in the photo
** Participant then needs to upload the photo on the MyIdeaInTheSky Facebook event page, by using the #MyIdeaInTheSky
** Participant has/have to receive maximum likes on his/her/their post on the #MyIdeaInTheSky facebook event page.
** At the end of the contest, top 5 posts with maximum number of likes shall be eligible for the Moto G Smartphone from Motorola.
** No entries shall be submitted beyond the time period defined.
** No submitting or posting of any obscene, indecent or abusive content will be permitted, necessary action under the law of land if required to be taken, shall be initiated.
** Accounts doing so will be blocked from the respective social media handles immediately.
** Multiple entries per person is allowed. Multiple entries of the same choices by the same user will not be considered a valid entry.

Gratification(s):
** Top 05 winner/s of the contest will be shortlisted and declared within a time frame of 6-7 working days post the completion of the event.
** The Organizers decision in selection of winners is final and binding on all the participants.
** The Gratification will be sponsored by IDEA.
** The terms and conditions of the Gratification(s) shall be decided by the Organizers at their sole & exclusive discretion.
** The Gratification(s) in this Contest shall be given to the winner/s on the basis of the counts registered on the event page which is automised and has no human manuveration.

Contest Period:
Commencing from 11am of 12th January 2016 and expiring on 17th January 2016 at 23:59 hrs.
