EyeLine Contest Rules:

The Contest shall be applicable for individuals who are:
** Residents of India, and
** Persons having age of 18 (Eighteen) years or above.

Registration Last Date : 28st February 2016

Sections:
1) Monochrome
2) Colour
3) Photo travel

Rules:
** A maximum of 2 images may be entered per section. A photo entered in one section cannot be entered in another section.
** Maximum file size: 2 MB. Entries must be submitted online.
** Please visit eyelinepictures.co.in and click on ‘Contest 2016’.
** Participants are requested to submit their entries and remit their entry fees well in time.

Entry fee:
Rs.100/- for one section and Rs.50/- for each additional sections.  Entry fees to be sent by Demand Draft/ At Par Cheque favouring “EYELINE PICTURES” payable at Belgaum.

Important:
** Please make an email with receipt or proof given by Bank at info@eyelinepictures.co.in No special file naming is required.
** If the title of the image is ‘Tajmahal’, the file name may be ‘Your name-Tajmahal’. However, file name should contain English letters only.
** The photograph must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, or libellous, or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or one that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person, or otherwise does not comply with the theme and spirit of the Contest.
** Watermarks or any such identification marks including camera generated date/time are not acceptable.
** File format- JPG/JPEG.
** Decision given by Jury is final and does not owe any clarification to anyone.

5 Certificate of merit in each section :
** Monochrome photography is photography where the image produced has a single hue, rather than recording the colors of the object that was photographed.
** It includes all forms of black-and-white photography, which produce images containing tones of grey ranging from black to white.
** Colour in photography could definitely be seen as the most important factor. It can create mood, emotion, warmth, coldness and much more. Colour in an image can also be imperative to the narrative of the image. For example if the image is of a warm beach then warm colours in the image can emphasizes the narrative of this.
** Travel photo as an image that expresses the feeling of a time and place, portrays a land, its people, or a culture in its natural state, and has no geographical limitations.
