Rules & Regulations:
1. Slogan may be in Tamil or English
2. Maximum five participants from each college
3. A maximum of 20 words + or – five words
4. Two slogans can be written by each contestants
5. Time limit will be 20 minutes
6. Paper for the competition will be provided.
7. The points in the topic should not directly or indirectly hurt any individual/organization

Rules & Regulations:
1. Each college can sponsor one team consist of two members
2. Eight teams will be selected for the final round based on a written test
3. The written test will have multiple choice questions on Elections and Electoral process at regional, national level and international level
4. The duration of the screening test will be half an hour
5. Three teams will be selected for prizes based on multiple elimination rounds

4. Time limit will be 4 + 1 minutes
5. No materials should be carried along with, during the presentation
6. The points in the topic should not directly or indirectly hurt any individual/organization

4. Essay writing in Tamil /English:

Rules & Regulations:
1. Essay may be in Tamil or English
2. Maximum two participants from each college
3. The essay shall not exceed more than 1000 words
4. Time limit will be 90 minutes
5. Paper for the competition will be provided
6. The points in the topic should not directly or indirectly hurt any individual/organization

General Rules & Regulations:

1. The competitions are open to all the colleges in the Puducherry Region
2. Participants should compulsorily bring their college Identity cards signed by the institution head
3. Students failing to abide by the rules and regulations shall be disqualified
4. Students should take part in the events with utmost sense of competitive spirit
5. The decision of judges is final and binding
6. Participants shall register their entries with the Nodal Officers of the college concerned
7. The Nodal Officer of the concerned colleges shall forward the list of participants in respect of each competition to the SVEEP CELL, Elections Department and the EVENT COORDINATORS on or before 05.00 PM on 16.01.2016. The details of the participants may also be updated via the e-mail: edpuducherry@gmail.com
8. No TA and DA will be provided for the participants/Nodal Officers/Campus Ambassadors by the Elections Department, Puducherry
