Eligibility Criteria:
** The Contest is open to residents of India above the age of 18 years having a valid email address. Honor has the right to verify the eligibility of each member.
** Employees of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

** There is no membership fee to be part of the Contest. However to be eligible to take part in the events as a Member, you should own an honor smartphone.
** The membership will lapse if the IMEI number, along with email address and phone address is not validated.
** The Sponsor reserves the right to allow or disallow membership of a user, if the user doesn’t comply with the criteria set forth.

What Is The Acitivity?:
** Sign up as a member here and you can stand a chance to win an honor 7 phone.
** Access to the Contest is given to a “Member” who is an Indian resident above the age of 18 years, owns an honor phone and who has fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria defined by the Sponsor.
** Participants are required to provide the correct IMEI number of their honor phone. If the IMEI number submitted doesn’t match that of an honor phone, the entry will be disqualified.

Activity Date & Time:
** The Contest starts on January 12, 2016 and ends on January 15, 2016. Entries registered before or after the Contest period will not be taken into account.
** The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the period of the Contest at its discretion. In the event of a revision, the Sponsor will notify about the same on its official Facebook and Twitter account.

Prize & Winner Selection & Declaration:

** Five lucky winners, who have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria, will stand a chance to win an honor 7 phone each.
** The above winners will be chosen from all the entries through a lucky draw.
** The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the Sponsor and questions pertaining to the decision will not be solicited.
** The winners will be chosen after validation of all the details provided, particularly the IMEI number.
** The winner will be announced at the end of the contest period and will be intimated separately through email. The Sponsor reserves the right to postpone the winner announcement as it deems fit.
** The prizes will be dispatched to the winners only after January 31. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
** If there is a delay in dispatching the prizes, the Sponsor will communicate separately to the winners. Failure to cooperate with the Sponsor will result in disqualification and another winner will be chosen in his/her place.
** Prizes must be redeemed in a manner set forth by the Sponsor while announcing the winner. In the event that any prize is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.

Requirements:
** The Contest is open only for a limited period of time.
** To enter the Contest, the participant must own an honor phone.
** In order to participate, one must visit this link and comply with all the rules stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and the Programme. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
** It is the responsibility of each Participant to ensure that any content they submit does not infringe upon the copyright of any third party or any other Intellectual Property rights.
** Participant must not violate any law or regulation; denigrate (or be derogatory towards) any person or group of persons or any race, ethnic group or culture; contain vulgar or obscene language or excessive violence; contain pornography, obscenity or sexual activity or tortuous or defamatory or vulgar; or disparage the Sponsor of the activity.
** Any costs incurred during the course of the Contest/Programme such as phone bills, internet bills are to be borne by the participant.
** The Sponsor reserves right to exclude any Participant at its sole discretion without providing any reasons thereof. Further, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet with the criteria set forth.
** In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Contest, the decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
