Only reviews by ‘Flipkart Certified Buyers’ will be considered

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Contest is open to residents of India above the age of 18 years having a valid email address, Flipkart and Facebook account. The Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant (“Participant”).
** Entries by Participants below age of 18 years will be disqualified.
** To take part in the Contest, the Participant should have purchased any of these honor smartphones from Flipkart.com – honor Bee, honor Holly, honor 4C, honor 4X, honor 6, honor 6 Plus.
** Employees of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the activity, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
** Participation constitutes participants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
** Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

What Is The Contest?:
** Write a review of the honor phone you own on flipkart.com and stand a chance to win an honor 7 phone. As stipulated in Section I, the Contest is open only to honor users who have purchased the phone through Flipkart.

How To Enter?:

** Visit Flipkart.com, find the relevant product page of the honor phone you use and write a review.
** Share the screenshot of your review on Facebook with #honorReviews and mention Honor India. Entries without mentioning Honor India and without the hashtag will be disqualified.
** Ensure that your name on Facebook matches your display name on Flipkart. The Sponsor has the right to verify the legitimacy of the Participants’ Flipkart account.
** Only reviews by ‘Flipkart Certified Buyers’ will be considered.

Activity Date & Time :
** The Contest starts on January 13, 2016 and ends on January 15, 2016. Entries registered before or after the Contest period will not be taken into account.
** The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the period of the Contest at its discretion. In the event of a revision, the Sponsor will notify about the same on the Facebook account.
** For all queries and issues regarding the prize you can email the Sponsor at hihonorindia@gmail.com. While endeavors shall be made to address relevant queries, no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of the Sponsor.
** In case of disputes, the decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.

Prize & Winner Selection & Declaration :
** Review your honor smartphone on the relevant honor product page on flipkart.com, share the screenshot on Facebook and stand a chance to win one of two honor 7 phones.
** Entries without mentioning Honor India and #honorReviews will not be taken into consideration
** Ensure that your Facebook display name and Flipkart display name are the same.
** Only reviews by Flipkart Certified Buyers will be considered
** The winners will intimated separately by email at the end of the Contest period.
** The prizes will be dispatched to the winners only after January 31. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, honor India reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
** If there is a delay in dispatching the prizes, the Sponsor will communicate separately to the winners.
** Failure to cooperate with the Sponsor will result in disqualification and another winner will be chosen in his/her place.
** Prizes must be redeemed in a manner set forth by the Sponsor while announcing the winner. In the event that any prize is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.
