Terms & Condition :
** This marketing Programme (“Programme”) is from HDFC Bank under an arrangement with Future Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid HDFC Bank Debit Card (“Cardholder”).
** The validity of the Programme (“Term”) is from 01-June-2015 to 31-March-2016 for every Wednesday under “Wednesday Bazaar”, unless extended by the Parties and the Merchant.
** Under this Programme: A cardholder who shops at participating BIG BAZAAR Outlet with his/her HDFC Bank Debit Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2,000/- and above will get 5% cash back on the transaction value (subject to a maximum cash back of Rs. 250/- per transaction for the campaign period).
** The cash back will be given to the customer as instant discount on the total bill amount
** Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 2,000/- on a HDFC Bank Debit Card level will not be eligible for the offer.
** One product cannot be bought and billed into two or more invoices i.e. minimum one product will have to be billed on one invoice for a minimum billing amount of Rs. 2000/- & above to avail the discount.
** All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
** This offer is subject to availability of products and is available at the sole discretion of the Merchant.
** HDFC Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
** HDFC Bank reserves the right to decide on the eligibility of discounts in cases involving claims, disputes or non-bonafide use of the Programme
** Any query regarding the Programme will be entertained till 1st June 2015. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this programme from any cardholder.
