Mad Angles, Mad Over Triangle Contest :

** Participation in the Bingo Mad Angles, Mad Over Triangle Contest (hereinafter “Contest”) is purely voluntary. By participating in this activity, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions for this Contest.

** Every Participant must be above 18 years of age. This Contest is valid only for a period of _152_ days from 01. 12. 2015 to 30. 04. 2016 (both days inclusive).All submissions will have to be completed in the manner stated in these Terms and Conditions within the time period stated above.

** Every Participant must be above 18 years of age as of the date of entering into the Contest and must be a resident of India. To participate in this Contest, Participants must post on our Facebook page- facebook.com/bingosnacks as to why he/she loves Bingo! Mad Angles.

** In the alternate, the Participant may also participate by giving a missed call to 1800-266-0632. On giving the missed call, the Participants shall get a call-back. The Participants will have to follow the instructions therein and tell us why he/she loves Bingo! Mad Angles.

** Participants sending the wackiest messages (hereinafter “Entries”) in the manner as stated in clauses 5 and 6 get a chance to be famous by having their photo put on hoardings across their city/town or the nearest city or town along with their message. Five Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, uniqueness and wackiness of their answers.

** The publication of the Participant’s photo along with his/her Entry is subject to the availability of hoardings in his/her town/city. It is clarified that ITC Ltd. shall not be liable in the event of non-availability of hoardings in the Participant’s city/town. For Participants who have submitted their entries through Facebook, ITC Ltd. will shortlist and announce the names of the shortlisted Participants on the Facebook page facebook.com/bingosnacks.

The shortlisted Participants must send a direct message on the Facebook page facebook.com/bingosnacks with their contact details, proof of age, latest photograph, address proof, etc. within a week of the announcement. Participants who have submitted their Entries by giving a missed call to 1800-266-0632 will be contacted by ITC Ltd. on the same number by which the ‘missed call’ was received in case they are shortlisted.

** In the event the Participant does not answer his/her phone or the phone number is unreachable, switched off etc. two more attempts will be made by ITC Ltd. to contact the shortlisted participants. In the event that the shortlisted Participant is still unavailable after these attempts, ITC Ltd. shall disqualify the Entry and shortlist another Participant for the purposes of choosing the Winner.

** The shortlisted Participants will be directed by ITC Ltd. to submit their contact details, latest photograph,proof of age, address proof etc. within a week in the manner specified by ITC Ltd. If the Participant does not furnish the necessary documents or details, ITC Ltd. shall disqualify the Entry and shortlist another Participant for the purposes of choosing the Winner

** It is hereby clarified that in case of any fraud or mischief on the part of the Participant, he/she will be deemed disqualified from this Contest. The Participant must ensure that the Entries are not derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, or libelous, or does not contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or one that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person.

** ITC Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss to the participant arising due to the participant furnishing incorrect/invalid address or number or any other information. Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable and non-encashable.

** ITC Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss. No request or clarifications shall be entertained in case the Participant is not contactable despite all reasonable efforts being undertaken by ITC Ltd.

** ITC Ltd. has the right to contact the Participant at any reasonable time and question about any details pertaining to this Contest without any further permission. Any attempt by any Participant to tamper with the entry process or this Contest will void all of that Participant’s submissions and such Participant may be disqualified from this Contest

** Participating constitutes Participant’s consent to give ITC Ltd. a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

** It is hereby clarified that wherever any consent/ permission/ assignment / transfer of any right of the Participant is sought, the same shall be binding on the Participant. The Participant shall sign any documentation that may be required by ITCLtd. or its designees or agents for the non-exclusive rights that the Participant is granting to ITC Ltd. to use the submission or any portion thereof.

** It is hereby clarified that ITC Ltd. is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible or misdirected submissions, which may be disqualified in ITC Ltd.’s sole discretion. ITC Ltd shall not be responsible for the non-functioning of the contest website or telephone/ Facebook for any reasons beyond its control.

** The names of the winners along with the photographs submitted by the Winners will be published on facebook.com/bingosnacks after the verification process.
