First Poster Making Competition :

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was a leader whose thoughts continue to be relevant even today. His ideas on equality, brotherhood, democracy, independence, international economics and politics are valid even in present times, and his work continues to be effective and inspiring to many. CCAL celebrating 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar brings to you ‘CCAL’s 1st Poster making Competition’.

So students this is the platform for the amalgamation of intellect with your creativity and let’s together celebrate the birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Theme: ‘Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’

Suggestive sub-themes (any one) :
** B. R. Ambedkar and Constitution of India
** B. R. Ambedkar and Economics
** B. R. Ambedkar as a champion of women empowerment
** B. R. Ambedkar as a crusader of Labour Laws
** Annihilation of caste
** Social injustice to social justice
** B. R. Ambedkar and India’s water and electric power policy

Prizes:
1st – 4000
2nd – 3000
3rd – 2000
No prior registration required.

Important Dates :
Last Date of submission- 28 January, 2016
Results of the competition will be declared by 29 January, 2016.

Rules For The Competition:
1. It’s not an on the spot event.
2. Poster must be on paper of A2 size (420 x 594 mm).
3. Students may participate individually or in teams (2 members per team). One entry will be entertained from one team.
4. Acceptable tools of posters include pencil, crayon, water color, oil paint, acrylic, tempera or any other tool except digital drawing, etc.
5. Be sure posters are not wrapped when submitted to the Centre.
6. All entries become the property of the CCAL and cannot be returned.

7. The poster shall be judged on the following criteria:
Overall impact of the display for Creativity eye-catching appeal, visual attractiveness and elements present. Clarity of the message’s demonstration of important relationships and patterns, obvious conclusions, and ability to stand alone. The decision of the judges will be final.

8. Participants have to mention on the right bottom of the poster the following details:

** Batch
** Contact no
** Email

9. Entrants are encouraged to include a tagline that effectively communicate the ideologies of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and effectively reflects the sub-themes.
