Terms & Conditions:
1. This CONTEST (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LCOMVIVATED (“IDEA”) MP circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

2. The Contest is organized for the subscribers of IDEA and is managed by COMVIVA Technologies Limited. (“COMVIVA”). COMVIVA will be responsible for the content, conduct, organization & gratification of the contest end to end as well as the selection of the winners. The role of Idea will be restricted only and exclusively to that of a telecom service provider.

3. The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and COMVIVA nor their relatives.
4. The Contest shall run for a period of the 24th Jan’16 to 23rd Mar’16. The Contest is valid only in IDEA- MP Telecom Circle.
5. To participate in Contest and Win Recharge worth Rs.25/- the IDEA users need to dial Short code *123# (Toll Free) and score maximum Points to win Prize.
6. Prizes for the eligible winners will be as follows: Daily Top (Highest Point) “20” Unique users will be eligible for Recharge worth Rs.25/-
7. In case user Take Content multiple times it will be cumulative of Points.
8. The winner/s shall be intimated daily for by Comviva/Idea, by way of telephonic call and SMS, on confirmation of the list of winners.
9. Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
10. The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s.

11. Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
a) Users is unable to dial / browse contest short code (*123#)
b) User is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
c) User is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
d) User is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
e) Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / COMVIVA

12. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against COMVIVA or IDEA.
13. The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the prize/s will be borne by the winner.
