Note :
** Online Registration on indianchess.org is compulsory.
** Entry fee: Free (Top : 2nd State) R 100 (All Girls | Disabled | School Players) R200 (All others)
** List of Online Registered Players will be displayed on indianchess.org on 4 Aug 2015
** Participants are required to bring their own Room locks | Note-book & Pen | HCA Chess Sets.
** Free Lodging will be provided to all outside players.
** Parents are not allowed inside playing area.
** Protest shall be lodged in written within 10 minutes of the incident.
** Walk over time is 10 minutes.
** Certificates shall be awarded only to those players who will attend Opening & Prize Distribution Ceremony and has scored 50% points or more.
** Each player is required to record moves.
** Top Team Men/Women will qualify to represent Haryana State in HCA-16th Haryana State U-7, 11, 15 & 25 Chess Championship 2015 (G) Bhiwani.
** Each team (Men & Women) shall consist of 3 players and 1 reserve player.
** The seeding of the teams will be done on the basis of the average HCA positions of the all 3 players.
** A chess clock may be introduced at any stage of the game. Buchholz Tie Break System will be applied.

Bus Concession:
** As per Haryana Govt. rules all selected players are entitled for 75% concession in Haryana Roadways Buses.
** To avail this concession you may apply to Distt. Sports Officer of your area.

Schedule :
** 5-7 Rounds Swiss System
** Time control of 45 minutes each player without any increment.
** Entry fee (5 Aug 10 – 11 AM), Pairing (11 AM), Inauguration (12 Noon),
** Rd-1 (2 PM), Rd-2 (4 PM) Rd-3 (6 Aug 9 AM), Ro-4 (11 AM), Rd-5 (2 PM),
** Rd-6 (4 PM), Rd-7 (7 Aug 9 AM) Tie breaks (11 AM),
** Prize Distribution (1 PM), Certificate Distribution (2 PM), Departure (3 PM)
