** You can send more than one recipe for the contest
** The entries with clearly described recipe will be selected for contest Make sure to provide list of ingredients with specific quantities to be used and step wise method of preparation and cooking.

** A panel of judges headed by chef Harpal Singh Sokhi will select the winner
** The details of winner and the recipe will be announced in the first week of month by email
