#MyBreak Terms & Conditions:
1. Nestlé India Limited, (hereinafter “NESTLÉ”) is hosting a program for KITKAT called “#MyBreak contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program” for easy reference) on the Facebook page for NESTLÉ KITKAT India, the link for which is facebook.com/KitKatIndia (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
2. The contest is valid from 9:00 AM on 22nd January, 2016 until 11:59 PM on 5th February 2016, (hereinafter “Program Period”).
3. Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within this Program Period. The Program is available for the above Program Period only.
4. Participation in this Program is optional and voluntary.
5. Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens except employees and family members of NESTLÉ, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.
6. No purchase of any product of NESTLÉ is necessary for participation in the Program.
7. No fee is required to be paid for participating in the Program.
8. This Program is only available for all those who are or shall become fans of “KITKATIndia Facebook Page”.

9. By participating in this Program:
a) The participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions of the Program on how to enter, how the winning entries shall be determined, and details on collection, retention, usage and sharing of personal data
b) The participant agrees to be bound by the terms, including in particular those relating to the collection, retention, use and sharing of personal data; and
c) The participant confirms that he/she is not breaching any law or violating any third party rights by using this Program.

10. Sending multiple entries is allowed.

11. Each answer/entry should:
a) Be a comment on the specified post.
b) Be in context to the subject which is given on the specified post (Tell us how you take your break #MyBreak).
c) Should not exceed 100 words.
d) Should contain #MyBreak.
e) Not contain any demeaning, abusive, profanity, hate speech, obscenity, etc.

12. Total number of winner(s) will be 15 (Fifteen) through the length of the Program Period. Each Winner gets a KITKAT Gift Hamper worth Rs. 1000.

13. The Gift Hamper Winner shall be entitled to Gift Hamper as decided by NESTLÉ and subject to availability. The Gift Hamper will be delivered and dispatched as per any logistic mode deemed fit by NESTLÉ. Any dispute or complaints pertaining to the same cannot be contested by the Winner in any platform whatsoever.

14. Award of Gift Hamper is subject to the verification by NESTLÉ. NESTLÉ shall use basic audit standards to verify the legitimacy of the Winner. In case there are any conflicts in the legitimacy of the Winner, NESTLÉ is entitled to quash the prize at any given point against such claimed Winner or Participant.

In case the Winner(s) are not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, NESTLÉ will reserve the right to pass on the Gift Hamper to another participant without any further notice to the Winner.

15. In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a Winner, it shall automatically mean that the person’s name has not come through the selection process and that he/she is not a Winner.
