IT Olympiad:

** The IT Olympiad, an initiative by Rotary Club of Pune Pride & Computer Society of India (Pune Chapter) is an exciting ICT (Information and Communications Technology) event aimed at IT enthusiasts from the academic and professional world.

** A super charged contest is an Examination and Quiz format, it poses real world IT challenges and problems for participants to solve. The problems and solutions do not have any restriction of computing language, platform, software the only requirement is a thirst for Innovation!

** Participants will have an opportunity to demonstrate their talent on a national platform. A chance to experience an interesting and joyful process of evaluating their own expertise and standing among peers.

** Rotary Club of Pune Pride, committed to Rotarys principle of promoting excellence in vocational areas, has planned to contribute to raise ITs brand through the IT Olympiad, in association with Computer Society of India.

Who Can Register?:
** Campus Graduate or Student (any stream, degree or diploma students)
** Professional: People who have professional work experience upto 5 years and have age less-than 30 years

Terms And Conditions:

** This Competition is only for students and IT professionals who have five years of experience or 30 yrs old whichever is lesser.
** Organizers may ask to produce government identification proof with photograph at any stage of the competition. If participant is not able to produce the proof, participant will be disqualified.
** You can only participate in contest with single (consistent) government identification proof (with photograph) during all rounds of the competition. A participant using multiple identification proofs to participate in the different stages of the contest will be disqualified.
** All individual participants should provide their valid email ID for registration purpose.
** Every participant must validate email id, mobile phone number in order to complete registration process
** If you fail to produce the government identification proof with photograph you shall be disqualified
** Participant document verification will happen at any point of time during the competition solely at the Rotary Club and CSI discretion ( Organizers)
** Any discrepancy in verification will lead to disqualification of participation. Decision in this regard will be solely organizer’s discretion
** If you encounter any problem during an ongoing contest, you can write to us at itolympiadindia@gmail.com. We will try and address it in the best possible manner.
** The RCPP are not responsible for any problem due to technical error for payment gateway
** You are willingly sharing your credit card /debit card details for payment gateway. Organizers are not responsible for any problems or any consequences occurring due to payment.
** As a participant you are expected to pay only registration fees with any ePayment charges, taxes that are applicable.
** The organizers are not responsible for any errors arising due to omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; have a right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the challenge and at its sole discretion and disqualify anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
** Prizes are non-transferable. Selection of winner and distribution of prizes will be at sole discretion of the organizers.
** You can access the contest only through your own official email address and you are strictly prohibited from using other participant details for the contest.
** Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid confusions, in case of discretionary decisions, those taken by the organizers will be final and binding.
** The organizers have a right to modify the format and prize at any time. Any changes will be notified beforehand on the contest website
** You acknowledge that you have submitted your entry voluntarily and with the complete awareness that due to any unforeseen circumstances or incidents, accidents you may experience money loss or property loss or any other unforeseen losses during the contest. You acknowledge that you shall not hold organizers responsible for any of these. You are hereby indemnifying organizers against any losses.
** A proper background check will be done before distributing prize to the winners. Winners need to submit their Scanned copy of their government recognized photo identity proofs along with employment letter (if any) in order to claim the prize amount.
** Your resume, contact details and the information which you have provided to us will be shared with the sponsors.
** Only one time participation as per the schedule
** Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this contest, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, to be held at Pune, Maharashtra in English language, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and the decision of the arbitrators appointed by mutual consent shall be binding on the parties thereto.
** In arbitration or litigation the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation or arbitration from the non-prevailing party.
** The organizers have all the right to change the dates of the exam and final quiz. The participant shall receive the update on website.
** The organisers reserve the right to change / modify the rules and regulations as and when required without prior notice.
