Osmania University is hosting the All India Inter University Rowing (Men & Women) Championship 2015-2016 on the dates and information detailed below

A very cordial welcome to your team to the historical city Hyderabad and newly formed Telangana State and to participate in the above Championships.

Eligibility Instructions:
1. Identity Card latest Photograph affixed/duly attested by the competent authority.
2. The teams must be accompanied by Manager/Coach as per the A.I.U. norms.
3. Teams must present themselves in proper kit on their scheduled match day in time and must bring their University flag for the opening ceremony.
4. Your team should be accompanied by a duly appointed Manager who shall submit the four copies of Eligibility Performa duly signed by the competent authority.
5. The team must carry proof of the AIU annual subscription Fee paid.
6. Team must carry the copies of DMC for 10+2 (in case if player is studying in undergraduate class) and that of 10+2 and graduation (in case of player studying in P.G classes) duty signed/attested by competent authority.
7. Incomplete Eligibility Proforma will not be entertained. No over-writing is permitted on the Proforma unless attested by the competent authority.

General Instructions: :
1. The Competition will be organized according to the rules & regulations adopted by the AIU and Rowing Federation of India.
2. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be abiding in case of any matter pertaining to the competition, change in Event/Venue/Date/Time or any other unforeseen circumstances.
3. The officiating fees will be separately Rs.1000/- per Men team and Women team.
4. Unfurnished accommodation will be provided at Youth Hostel, Boats Club and other places in Hyderabad, one day before and after the
5. An amount of Rs.1000/- separately for Men & Women is to be deposited with the Organising Committee as token caution/security deposit, which is refundable afteradjusting the dues, if any. The teams are requested to bring their own locks to ensure safety of their belongings.
6. All expenses on local-transport shall be borne by the participating universities.
7. The detailed programme shall be given in the Manager’s meeting on 20th February 2016 at Youth Hostel Boats Club at 04:30 PM.

9. All the participating teams must report directly to the Youth Hostel Boats Club, R.P.Road, Secunderabad which is 3Kms from Secunderabad Railway Station and 6Kms from Hyderabad Railway Station (Nampally) and 7Kms from Kachiguda Railway Station
