Idea For Peace Digital Contest Terms & Conditions:

The #IDEAFORPEACE Contest”is organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth in association with Idea Cellular Limited.

Contest Period:
The period commencing from 00:00 hrs 3rd February, 2016 and expiring on 23:59hrs 4th February, 2016. Organizers have the sole right to announce the closure of the Offer at any time it deems fit and without giving notice to any person or party.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
The Participant who participates in the contest during the period of 3rd February, 2016 till 4th February, 2016 shall be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in this Contest.

However participation in this Contest is subject to the following criterion:
** Participant should be above 18 years of age.
** Participant should be a citizen of India. Participant will be required to provide valid documents in support of his/her citizenship and permanent residency.
** Participant has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Participant is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** This Contest is being made purely on the basis that the comments posted by the participants against the posts published in Facebook and the same shall be an original creation of the Participant.

To Participate in the Contest:

i. To participate every participant has to post a comment in the comment section and share an idea that can spread world peace against the Facebook post published.
ii. DLK shall select 25 participants who have most number of “Likes” on their comments.
iii. The winners will be declared on 5th February, 2016
iv. The winners will get 2 SPECIAL PASSES for the Friends FM Live Plugged Peace Concert to be held at Nazrul Manch, Kolkata, on 6th February at 5PM.
v. Team Idea / representatives will get in touch with the 25 winners on Facebook, post which winners must collect their SPECIAL PASSES on 5th or 6th February 2016 from the office of 91.9 Friends FM, at Saket Building, 9th Floor, 44, Park Street, Kolkata-700016 (Land Mark – Diagonally opposite to Apeejay School) between 11am and 4pm.
vi. The participants shall produce a valid Photo Identity proof and Address Identity proof in original at time of collection of the SPECIAL PASSES from the office of 91.9 Friends FM.
vii. Entries will be judged in the sole and absolute discretion of Idea Cellular. In the event that a comment makes it to the top 25 most-Liked responses, but is offensive in nature, or does not answer the contest question, Idea will have the right to disqualify that comment.

A Participant, by participating in this Contest hereby agrees to:
** The Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the criteria and process of selecting the prize winners.
** The Prize as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Contest by the Organisers due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, its affiliates and associates.
** Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrants that the accuracy, truthfulness and correctness of all information that he/she may have submitted.
** The terms and conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn therefore, please visit the Website periodically to keep yourself updated and informed.
** By participating in this Contest, the Participant indicates his/her acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
** The Participant / Participants hereby agrees that all incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Prize, if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Participant, which shall be including but not limited to TDS, and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.
