Recharge To Win An iPhone 6 :

The #Recharge To Win Contest Is Hosted By Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Snapdeal”) & Any Person Who Wishes To Participate In The Contest At Android Application Of Snapdeal (Hereinafter Referred As “Snapdeal Mobile Application” Which Includes Its Mobile Version And Mobile Application Also) Agrees To Abide With And Bound By These Rules.

The Contest Winners Shall Be Required To Submit A Signed Copy Of These Terms And Conditions Before Accepting The Contest Prize.

Eligibility:
** Only Indian nationals who are above the age of 18 years are eligible to enter and participate in the Contest. Snapdeal reserves the right to seek from proof of age and/or nationality and any other information, detail etc. from the participants. The participants participating from the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** By participating into the Contest, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge and it accepts all Terms and conditions mentioned herein.
** Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions associated with the Contest. The Contest Winners shall be required to submit a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions before accepting the Contest Prize.

How To Participate:

** Offer is valid from 3rdFeb, 2016 (00:00:01 HR) to 8th Feb, 2016 23:59:59 HR (“Contest Live Period”)
** Every User doing a Recharge (“Recharge” only include Pre Paid Post-paid Mobile Bill/ Data Card Payment and DTH Recharge of Indian Service Providers as available at Snapdeal Mobile Application) on the Snapdeal Mobile Application (with the Freecharge widget on the Home screen) will be auto registered for the content (Provided he recharged / Paid bill during the Contest Live Period)
** Only the User (a registered user of the Snapdeal Mobile Application visiting the Snapdeal Mobile Application upon logging with its User ID & Password of Snapdeal user account) of the Snapdeal Mobile Application who fulfils the eligibility criteria and Recharges can be a participant for the Contest.
** The Recharge value must be at least INR 20 or above.
** User can do Recharge for any mobile/DTH/Data card number. However, For the purpose of participation in the Contest the user Account through which the user logged in will be the one which will be taken into consideration.
** Per day, the user can do unlimited number of recharges from this account, however only one entry will be counted towards the Contest.
** Offer valid only on recharges / bill payments made from Snapdeal Android App
** The offer in this Contest cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

Winners Announcement:
** Out of all eligible entries One User shall be selected by Snapdeal on daily basis as Contest Winner on random basis.
** The Winner will be called on the Mobile number associated with the account he recharged from. Confirmation of Name, Address and Address of Gift dispatch will be requested from the user.
** The user has to share the same details from both Email IDD registered with the account and mobile number registered with the account. These details have to be same. The mobile number or Email Address cant be changed after entering the contest.
** Though SNAPDEAL shall make every effort to declare the results of the program on the due date for the Contest Prize, it shall not be responsible for any delay in announcing Contest Winners of the respective Contest Prize draws arising out of reasons beyond its control in the normal course of business.
** All the participants are required to keep a close watch on the CONTEST and its Results and its related stuff through Snapdeal Mobile Application.
** Snapdeal will inform only the winner about the result/ Winning. Those who are not informed can be assumed as non-winners.
** Snapdeal will select the winner based on terms of this Contest. In case if the winner cannot be contacted at the email address provided by him/her at the link given or does not claim the Prize
**  In such case Snapdeal reserves the right to cancel the Prize of such winner. The winner participants have to provide the details maximum within 7 days of the participation, post which the prize would be nullified.
