National Paper Presentation Competition :

JGBS’s Centre for Supply Chain Management and Logistics, which aims at excellence in research and education in the areas of supply chain and logistics, is organizing, in collaboration with SCNext, a National Student Competition in the area of Supply Chain Management and Logistics. The event will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016.

Students and researchers are invited to contribute research papers in the domain of Supply Chain and Logistics, on the following topics:
a. Emerging Trends in International Logistics Practices.
b. Role of Big data and Analytics in the Future of Supply Chain.
c. Developing Innovations in Agile Supply Chain.

Authors will be invited to contribute a full-paper after an abstract of 500 words specifying the:
a) Purpose
b) Design/methodology/approach
c) Findings and
d) Practical implications has been reviewed and accepted by the committee.

Formatting Requirements:
** The full-paper is to be around 3500 words. It includes the title (less than 10 words), abstract (500 words), six keywords, primary content, figures, tables, conclusions, acknowledgements, and a minimum of ten references in ONE DOCUMENT in MS Word (Compatibility mode).
** The paper must be written in past tense.
** Please use Times New Roman textual style; 16 point for title and 12 points for the content. All heading must be numbered serially and in bold, and the subheadings must be italicized.
** Leave a one (1) inch margin on all sides and justify contents to left and right margin.
** All information and exhibits/images, and references must be in APA format. Website references must include date of access.
** Check that paper prints correctly and completely, i.e. every single imported figure and tables are included in the submitted file).

Registration Fees and Mode of Payment:
** The Registration Fee of Rupees Nine Hundred (Rs.900/=) includes access to all sessions of the competition and meals at the presentation venue. However, the Registration fee excludes accommodation facility. Participants must make their own arrangements for stay during the conference.
** Registration fee can be transmitted through Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque drawn in favor of “O.P Jindal Global University” payable at Sonipat, Haryana.
