Rules and Regulations (T&C) :
1. The theme of the contest is {#FirstInteraction} the photograph should be you and your partner
2. The photograph should be submitted along with a story through your FB account with #FirstInteraction and by tagging @HyattRegencyLudhiana.
3. The photograph must contain face and should be clear. It shouldn’t be showing any brand.
4. Photographs must be posted within the contest announcement date and the last date of submission i.e Feb 6th to 11th Feb, 2016.
5. The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
6. Any photography contest entry found to be downloaded/ copied from any other source will be immediately disqualified.
7. Maximum number of likes, story writing, image quality are key judgment criteria for the winning photograph.
8. In case of tie, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana management will choose the wining photograph and all decisions made will be final.
9. Winner’s would be needed to produce their Identity proof at the time of claiming vouchers.
10. You can submit only one entry as couple. In case of multiple entries, we will consider the first one.
11. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable. Prizes does not include travel and extra expenses.
12. While submitting your entry, you are accepting that we’ll have rights to share, use and publish your stories on our platforms.
