Eligibility:
** The contest is open to all who visit the Suzuki Stall at the Auto Expo, and get a photo clicked by Team Suzuki at the designated photo booth.

** Employees of Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize.

How To Enter:
During the contest one entry per person (dependent on the email id provided) will be done as follows:
** Entries will be generated from the App at the Auto Expo and will have hashtags #SuzukiIndia #KneeDragging with one entry of him/herself at the photo booth at the Suzuki Pavillion on Suzuki Gixxer SF motorcycle.
** All the entries will go into an Album “Suzuki India Knee Dragging Contest” on the official Suzuki Motorcycle India Facebook page facebook.com/Suzuki2Wheelers.
** All contestants will be emailed the link to their images on Facebook and Instagram. They can share and reshare the images on their pages till 17th Feb 5PM. The top 30 entries with the maximum “Likes” will win exciting Suzuki merchandise!
** Suzuki India will only consider “number of likes” till February 17, 2016 5:00PM
** Entries generated by any other sources except the Suzuki Phone App will be deemed void. Limit one (1) entry per email address per Contest Period. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor.
** Any photo or statement submitted as part of your entry in the Contest (an “Entry Submission”) shall automatically be deemed non-confidential and subject to Facebook’s terms of use and other applicable policies.

** By providing an Entry Submission, you expressly grant Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, display, and make derivative works of such material provided in this Entry Submission, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, and further including the unfettered right to sublicense such rights.

** The contestant will be responsible for re-sharing their photos and will have to comply with Facebook and Instagram terms of use and other applicable policies. In connection with User Submissions, a contestant will not: (i) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Suzuki Motorcycle India or any third party; (ii) post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity; (iii) post advertisements or solicitations of business; (v) post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or (vi) impersonate another person.

** Suzuki Motorcycle India does not endorse any Entry Submission or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Entry Submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, in its sole discretion.

Judging:

** All Eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Contest Period will be tallied for the number of likes amongst all the contestants to determine top 30 contestants in decreasing order of number of likes. Potential winners will be notified via an announcement on the official Facebook page of Suzuki Motorcycle India on February 20th 2016.

** Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to execute and return requested documentation within seven (7) days of date appearing on prize notification, or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up. If any potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian.

Prizes:
** The thirty (30) Winners will receive
** Grand Prize Winner, the one with most “likes” to his/her photo will receive a Suzuki branded Kushitani Leather Jacket.
** First and Second Runner Ups will each receive a Suzuki Moto GP edition Helmet
** Fourth to Tenth Position Holders will each receive a Suzuki Branded Jacket
** Eleventh to Thirtieth Position Holders will each receive a Suzuki Laptop bag
