2. This contest is open for users who are residents of India, of sound-mind and are over 18 years old.
3. The contest is open from 5th Feb to 14th Feb (10 days).
4. The employees of IUV Era Pvt. Ltd., its agents, distributors & dealers are not entitled to take part in the contest.
5. By participating in this contest, a participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein. This contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
6. IUV Era Pvt. Ltd. in its absolute discretion, curtail or extend the duration period, as it seems necessary without any liability and prior information whatsoever. Winners will be decided in its absolute discretion by IUV Era Pvt. Ltd.
7. Participant has to submit his/her Dubsmash based on situation of the day decided by IUV team (Romantic Songs, Dialogues, Valentine Proposal Moments, Valentine Hug Moments, Valentine Promises, Expressing their Sentiments etc). With the hashtag #IUValentine & Tagging @iUVSoHappy and their 5 friends on Facebook.
8. Best Dubsmash of the day with maximum likes and engagements will win Gift vouchers worth INR 500 Daily from Amazon India.
9. Entries Restrictions: 3 Entries Per Participant(each participant can submit only 3 entries during this contest)
10. All goodwill, copyright, moral rights or other intellectual rights associated there from shall vest exclusively with IUV.
11. The names of the winners shall be announced by IUV App on its Facebook page. In no case, will non-winners be contacted and / or informed.
12. The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
13. Organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Government actions, and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay amount as compensation or otherwise for any such law.
