Delhi Nahi Rukegi Track Campaign:
The #DelhiNahiRukegi Track Campaign is organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth in association with Idea Cellular Limited. DLK and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organisers”.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility to participate:
The Participant shall be eligible to participate in this Campaign during the Campaign Period without paying any subscription or entry fee.
However participation in this Campaign is subject to the following criterion:
** Participant should be a citizen of India. Participant will be required to provide valid documents in support of his/her citizenship and permanent residency.
** Participant has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Participant is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** This Campaign is being made purely on the basis of the photos uploaded by the participants on Facebook and the same shall be an original creation of the Participant. Participants shall not upload photos that aren’t clicked by the Participant or photos whose copyright is owned by someone else, without the necessary authorization and permissions as required under the Copyrights Act and any rules/guidelines/amendments thereof.
2. To Participate in the Campaign:
i. To participate, every participant has to upload a photo clicked by him/her which according to him/her showcases the unstoppable spirit of New Delhi.
ii. Some of the photos which are uploaded will be used as visuals to an audio track to make a video. This video will be used by Idea for its creative communication. Participant’s name shall be displayed along with the photo uploaded by him/her in the video to be used by Idea. Participant expressly agrees that he/she will not be gratified in terms of cash or kind by the Organisers and he/she has no objection for the same.
iii. This video shall be used by Idea only for creative communication purposes, and not for any kind of monetization or commercial purpose.
3. The employees of Idea / DLK and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to take part in this Campaign.
4. This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Idea/ DLK.
5. This Campaign is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
6. The decision of the Organisers in respect of all transactions under this Campaign shall be final and binding.
7. Neither Idea nor DLK shall be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during or after the completion of the Campaign including but not limited to any technical failures in the mobile connectivity, failure of servers or any other failure or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. Further, DLK/Idea shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of DLK or Idea.
8. The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Idea/ DLK and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of this Campaign.
9. Idea/DLK or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), by a participant and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by participating in this Campaign.
10. Organisers and their officials including their directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of the Campaign.
