Electronics Projects Competition

In-order to encourage the young budding engineers and designers, Shelfkey.com is conducting a Pan- India level project competition on electronics projects. This also includes the projects of Polytechnics and Engineering colleges.

It has been categorized in to three segments:
** Level 1 for Beginners
** Level 2 for Amateurs
** Level 3 for Experts

What do you need to do :
To make an entry to the competition you should fill up the below form and send it to us on comp@shelfkey.com

Terms and Conditions :
1. There shall be no fee for participation.
2. The cost of the project has to be born by the candidates.
3. The winners will get cash prices worth up to 100000/- based on the quality of their projects.
4. There will be more than one winner and different levels of grading and awards.
5. The winner is decided based on average standard of all entry projects being the bench mark.

6. There will be two levels of screening process:
a. Preliminary (This decides the total eligibility of the project)
b. Final (This stage decides the final position of the project in the competition )

7. The evaluation of the project shall be done based on :
a. Project report and technical clarity in the documentation
b. Practicality and applied engineering attributes
c. Reliability of the working model. (Video submission a must)
d. Usefulness and benefit to the society
e. Problems that are resolved by the invention
f. Originality of the concept
g. Amount of Innovations added

8. Any copyright infringement will be rejected in the preliminary round itself, and Shelfkey.com and its affiliate companies shall not be accountable for any such legal violation done by the individuals.
9. Once submitted the documentation of the project, it will be published on our website, with the author’s name, at the sole discretion of Shelfkey.com and this will go in to public domains. If the candidate needs to protect any IP, they are advised to take up copy right and patents separately through the authorities concerned.
10. The decision of Shelfkey.com and its affiliate companies on any of the matters pertaining to this competition and its results is fully under its authority and final.

Note:
** Please submit a final technical write up of the projects, which includes, Circuit diagrams, software codes if any, and working model videos uploaded on to you tube . All in softcopies.
** You will be allocated an application number once you submit the entry.
** The material can be sent by the project leader with a CC to all the participants.
** The incomplete entries will not be considered
** Last date for the entry is 30th April 2016
