They will each be selecting their favourites outfit from fbb’s special Valentine Collection.

Name the Outfit-of-the-day:
All you have to do, is get inspired by the outfit they pick, and name it!

Describe your ideal dream date:
Share with us your version of a perfect dream date with your loved one.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Contestant (You) has to submit idea of prefect date and selfie at the fbbindia.in/valentinesdate/ before 13th Feb. You hereby voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.

2. You voluntarily wish to submit content. You give Future Group (fbb) the unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, world wide right to use in any manner whatsoever, without any compensation to you, all and any expressions including but not limited to any content, ideas, concepts, video, audio, tune, picture, designs or creative elements provided or created by you solely (hereinafter referred to as “the Work”), for use in any and all media capacity, including, without limitation, Print, blogs, websites and social networks.

3.  Future Group shall in no way be liable or held responsible for any such violation on your part or third party actions or claims on account of such violations. In addition, Future Group shall have the right to take appropriate legal action against you for any such violation on your part.

4. You hereby agree that all intellectual property vesting in the Work so created and submitted by you shall belong to/be owned by Future Group and that it and its designees may exploit all elements of such content in any manner without compensation or notification to, or permission of you or any third party.

You also agree to co-operate and sign relevant forms and documents, as may be required, for assignment of rights, title and interest in and to the Work and for recordal of such Work in the name of Future Group in the records of the relevant authority.

5. Future Group reserves all rights, including the right to delete, edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, copy, disseminate the Work and all elements embodied therein or any elements thereof, in any medium including without limitation in print, film, television, or in any other media throughout the world in perpetuity, in accordance with the terms herein without permission of, or compensation or notification to you of any kind.

6. You expressly release and hold harmless Future Group, its Directors, officers, agents, employees and those acting under its authority, from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Work. This release shall be binding upon you and shall include your heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, as the case may be.

7. Prize shall mean for a completely sponsored date by fbb for a couple only in the city Mumbai as communicated by FBB. This will include pick and drop by Car, Lunch and Dinner, Gift hampers, yacht ride and some other activities as per the date plan except above no other cost, reimbursement, and benefit shall be provided.

8. Winner will be communicated through email and phone. Winner mustaccept Prize in writing with undertaking that they will remain available for full day on a Date and shall participate in the events as specified by Future Group personnel., failing which the prize shall be forfeited and no claim shall be entertained thereafter.

9. The benefits of this offer and/or prizes cannot be exchanged either for cash or in any other form.
10. Future Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions online. .
