For all the young minds, here is a great platform to present your views and thoughts. “Paper Presentations” organized by Department of civil engineering on the occasion ‘RACE 2016’ is a great opportunity to put forward your ideas in front of experts. Promote your thinking, unleash your skills and mould them into a concise presentation.

Instructions:
** There is no limit on the number of participating teams from a college.
** Maximum of two students in a team.
** A Hard copy(Full Paper) shall be Submitted during the time of presentation
** The hard copy should be typed/ printed on A4 size sheet on one side only and should be limited to15 pages.
** Send your Abstract in IEEE format(or) any other suitable format to our mail jntuacesa.race@gmail.com .
** ** ** Abstract should be in pdf format only.
** Registration fee of Rs.200/- per individual person should be paid after the intimation of selected list.
** All payments should be made through crossed D.Ds on any nationalized bank drawn in favor of “COORDINATOR RACE 2016” payable at SBI JNTUEC Branch, Anantapur / by transfer to A/C No. 35548769213.
** A total time of 8 min (6+2) will be given for each team. (It may vary in the symposium.)
** The teams are expected to bring one soft copy (only CD) and two hard copies of the paper and also D.D.
Important Dates :
** Last date of Submission for Abstracts is 22nd February 2016.
** Date of intimating the acceptance of your topic is on 25th Feb, 2016.
** Last date to pay registration fee is on 04th march, 2016.
I sent you my abstract of bituminous ballast and its application in railways and I didn’t got any reply.
How can we know that our topic is accepted or not?

Our college is under JNTU university. But the university is conducting internal exams on 8th march onwards. So we are facing regretion in participating JNTUA RACE 2016 paper presentation competition.
