Details :
Fees / student = Rs 250. Includes the cost of books.
Participation form – available with the school coordinator.
Primary school students can participate only in ISO and not in GAAT or Vocabthalon which are only for Grades 4 – 12.

Global Aptitude Assessment Test :(GAAT)
** This is a scholarship test in General Aptitude which includes logic and reasoning, comprehension and basic general knowledge.
** It is for 1 hour and the participation fees for this competition is Rs 150 which includes the cost of the books.
** The prizes include scholarships for full year, half year and one quarter as well as medals,trophies and many other surprise gifts.
** To participate, please contact your class teacher & deposit the fees of Rs 150.
Competition date: 12th October 2015.

Vocabthalon :
** It is the most comprehensive English Language proficiency test, for school students,which focuses on vocabulary, spellings, grammar and comprehension.
** It is for 1 hour and the participation fees for this competition is Rs 150 which includes the cost of the books.
** The prizes include Kindle and Kobo e-readers, as well as medals, trophies and many other surprise gifts.
** To participate, please contact your class teacher & deposit the fees of Rs 150.

Test Structure :
** Vocabthalon is a comprehensive School level Language test for students from Grades 4 to 12, which is a carefully designed and proven assessment method for vocabulary, grammar and comprehension.
** The test papers are age appropriate and delivered for
** Middle School (grades 4 & 5), and (grades 6 & 7)
** High School (grades 8 to 10), and (grades 11 & 12)
** Answers are submitted in OMR sheets, provided along with the test papers

Method:
** The test consists of an MCQ test of 1Hour duration based on age related questions that a child is expected to know at his / her age.
** It is not directly linked with any particular curriculum of any board.
** It is conducted at two levels as described above in the Test Structure.
** Participation Fee: Rs 150 only. Includes cost of Study Material.
** 10% of the proceeds are also allocated towards charities & education for underprivileged children.

How to Prepare:
** The best way to prepare students for Vocabthalon, is to revise their standard course material in their class and keep abreast with vocabulary and grammar a little more than what is currently being taught in school.
** Participating students also get a book, with sample questions to guide them on the nature and difficulty level of the test for their particular grade.
