Love Notes Contest :

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the contest ‘Love Notes’ (Contest) organized and conducted by Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited (BCCL) on its English General Entertainment channel ‘Romedy NOW’ (Channel).

By voluntarily participating in the Contest or accessing this website, you (You/Participant) agree to have read, understood, accept and abide by the Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms or any amendments thereto, please do not use this site and/or participate in the Contest.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest is open for resident Adult Indian citizens only.
2. The Contest is open from February 1, 2016 up to February 29, 2016, (both days inclusive) (Contest Period).

3. Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be required by BCCL and Prize will be given to the Winner(s) only upon furnishing of the required documents and information.

Any information found to be incomplete, incorrect, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the respective Participant. Any personal information that may be provided by any Participant will be stored and managed by BCCL in accordance with the applicable laws.

4. How to Participate:
a. During the Contest Period, one (1) question will be asked every day (Mon-Fri) during the scheduled 9:00 pm (IST) movie on the Channel (Question). Every question will have three options from which You have to select the correct answer.
b. The Question will be based on an audio/visual clip that will be played/telecast anytime during the 09:00 pm movie on each day(Mon-Fri) during the Contest Period
c. To participate in the Contest, You have to send your response to the Question using your valid mobile number by way of a SMS LOVE <Answer A/B/C> to 56161 by selecting the correct answer from the options given with the Question.

To participate the Viewers have to send a SMS in the following manner, subject to the options selected by the Viewers:
(i) For option A- type ‘ LOVE’<space> A and send the SMS to 56161;
(ii) For option B- type ‘LOVE<space> B and send the SMS to 56161;
(iii) For option C- type ‘LOVE’<space> C and send the SMS to 56161;

The Shortcode will be displayed during the 9pm movie along with the Question:
** The SMS responses received by or prior to 23:59 PM on the same day during which the said Question is asked, as per the format state above, shall be considered as a valid entry in response to the Contest Question (Entry).
** Each SMS shall be chargeable, at the current applicable rates for such SMS. BCCL shall not be liable for any change in the applicable SMS charges and the Participants are advised to check and confirm the same with their respective telecom operators.

d. BCCL shall, at its sole discretion, by random selection, select One (1) winner with the correct response from the Entries received by BCCL for the Contest question asked on that particular day of the Contest Period and one (1) winner for the Grand Prize who will send across the maximum correct answer during the contest period (February 1, 2016 up to February 29, 2016) (each a “Winner”).

e. The Winner/s of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices. All the Entries will be stored in a backend system operated by BCCL and/or any person/agency appointed by BCCL.
