Food Fiesta :

** Living Entertainment Enterprises Pvt Ltd (“LEEL”) is organising a food fiesta event in the cities of Mumbai, Lucknow, Indore, Ahmedabad, Delhi (“Location(s)”) as part of marketing initiative for its channel Living Foodz (“Channel”) (“collectively referred to as Event”).

** The Contest will be held from February 3, 2015 until March 12, 2016 (“Contest Period”)
** LEEL is giving an opportunity to participate in the cooking competition to be held at each of the Locations of the Event on the Event Date(s) (“Cooking Competition”).

The Event will be held on the following dates in the Locations:
** Ahmedabad on February 13, 2016
** Mumbai on February 20, 2016
** Lucknow on February 27, 2016
** Delhi on March 5, 2016
** Indore on February 20, 2016

The entry for participation in the Cooking Competition for each Location shall be effective from the following dates:
** Ahmedabad- The entry shall be effective from 9.00 am on February 3, 2016 until 6.00 pm on February 12, 2016.
** Mumbai- The entry shall be effective from 9.00 am on February 3, 2016 until 6.00 pm on February 19, 2016.
** Lucknow- The entry shall be effective from 9.00 am on February 3, 2016 until 6.00 pm on February 26, 2016.
** Delhi- I The entry shall be effective from 9.00 am on February 3, 2016 until 6.00 pm on March 4, 2016.
** Indore- The entry shall be effective from 9.00 am on February 3, 2016 until 6.00 pm on March 11, 2016.

Registration:
To register for participation in the Cooking Competition, Participant will have send an SMS from their registered mobile number (“Mobile Number”) to the short code 57575 in the following manner
** For Lucknow- SMS Food<space>name<space>LUCK
** For Indore- SMS Food<space>name<space>IND
** For Ahmedabad- SMS Food<space> name<space>AHM
** For Mumbai- SMS Food<space> name<space>MUM
** For Delhi- SMS Food<space> name<space>DEL

Note:
** Upon sending an SMS in the above mentioned format, the Participant shall receive a confirmation response in the following format Receipt of the confirmation response shall be considered to be completion of successful registration of the Participant.
