Monsoon 2015 Photo Contest :
Click a picture of the rain as seen from your car or bike. Post it on your Facebook/Twitter tagging @CarWale or on your Instagram profile tagging @carwaleindia with #Monsoon2015.

Soon as you tag us and #tag the pictures, we will find them! The best entry of the day wins a CarWale Umbrella to be your companion during the monsoon.

This contest is brought to you by Automotive Exchange Pvt. Ltd. (‘CarWale’) and any participation in this regard is voluntary.
This contest is open only to bonafide citizens of India in their individual capacity who are above the age of 21 years as on 01 Jan 2015. Employees of CarWale and their direct relations are not eligible to win any prizes under this promotion.
The contest is open between 07 July 2015 and 15 July 2015, both days inclusive (‘Promotion Period’).
To participate in the contest, users need to upload pictures of the monsoon, as seen from their car or bike.

The photo can be submitted as:
A tweet on twitter.com tagging @carwale with the hashtag #Monsoon2015
A post on facebook.com with a hyper-linked tag to CarWale’s facebook page (which can be created by typing “@CarWale”) with #Monsoon2015 included as a part of the post as applicable OR
A post on Instagram tagging @carwaleindia with hashtag #Monsoon2015 included in the post as applicable

The best entry of the day as judged by the CarWale editorial team will be declared as the winner of the day during the contest period. No enquiries will be entertained in this regard.

Each participant can submit only one entry per day. If a participant posts more than one entry then CarWale reserves the right to consider only the latest response by that participant on the basis of the time of the response and disregard all other entries by that participant.

The winner gets a cool CarWale umbrella delivered to her/his doorstep!

All decisions in respect of the contest will be at the sole discretion of CarWale and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.

Winners will be announced on CarWale’s Facebook and CarWale’s Twitter and CarWale’s Instagram pages. It is the responsibility of the participants to check for these winner announcements and for the winners to respond to CarWale in the manner communicated within 7 days of the announcement, failing which CarWale, at its own sole discretion, reserves the right to assign a different winner for that contest, or withdraw the results of the contest.

Gifts will be dispatched within 1 week of the last day of the Promotion Period. Gifts shall be delivered / couriered at the mailing addresses within India only as provided by the participant to CarWale.

CarWale shall use a reputed courier service to deliver the gifts. CarWale shall not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any damage to the gifts in transit. In the event that the address provided by the winner is in a non-serviceable location, CarWale will arrange to deliver the gift to the nearest serviceable location and the winner shall be required to collect the gift from that location at their own cost.

All gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of gifts.

CarWale makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any gift.

CarWale shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the contest or by using any of the gifts.

CarWale reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against CarWale.

By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in toto.
