High Flyers Contest Terms & Conditions:

** The Contest is applicable for such Direct Marketing Associate/s (the “DMA/s”) who have entered into a suitable agreement with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd (the “Bank”) and have received communication/s from the Bank for participating in the Contest.

** “High Flyers Target” shall mean the minimum total Loan Amount (in Indian rupees) that shall require to be net disbursed and authorized by Kotak Mahindra Bank on the basis of leads sourced by the DMA, during the period from Jan 01, 2016 to Mar 31, 2016 (both days inclusive), for the DMA to become eligible for the offer of holiday Package.

** Those DMAs who would have achieved their High Flyers Target in accordance with the Contest Terms and Conditions shall be contacted by the Bank within 45 days after Mar 31, 2016.
** The DMAs shall be required to redeem the offer of holiday Package extended by the Bank between May 15, 2016 to Jul 31, 2016 in the manner as shall be communicated by the Bank, failing which the DMA shall be deemed to have waived the right to receive the offer of holiday Package and shall have no further rights or claim to receive the same from the Bank.

** The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any DMA from the Contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the offer of holiday Package under the Program or otherwise. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

** The Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.  The offer of holiday Package arising out of this program shall be non-negotiable. No cash shall be offered as a substitute for the offer of holiday Package.

** However, the Bank reserves the right to substitute or change the offer of holiday Package with any another offer under the Program at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimating the DMA. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the offer of holiday Package under the Program shall not constitute a claim against the Bank. In all matters relating to the Contest, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

** The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Contest. The Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, or otherwise of the offer of holiday Package so being offered under the program.

** Any dispute or claim regarding the offer of holiday Package must be resolved by the DMA with the respective service provider directly without any reference to the Bank. The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of and related to the Contest or the use or otherwise of any of the offer of holiday Package availed by the DMA/s under the Program.

** The offer of holiday Package under the Program may be sponsored by a third party or a program partner / service provider and the DMA/s shall be bound by the additional terms and conditions stipulated by such third party / program partner / service provider in this regard, which shall not be treated to be in derogation/ contravention to these Terms and Conditions.

** The offer of holiday Package under the Program shall be available to the DMA for the High Flyers Target achieved during the Period from Jan 01, 2016 to Mar 31, 2016.
** Partial achievement of the High Flyers Target shall not be considered by the Bank and any offer under the program shall lapse with immediate effect and the same shall not be available to the DMA if he ceases to be a DMA of the Bank while having partially completed his High Flyers Target / without having completed his High Flyers Target.
