#Vodafone4GSimArt Contest T&C

1. ““#Vodafone4GSimArt contest”, (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is conceptualized, organized and hosted by Vodafone India Limited for enabling its subscribers (“Subscribers”), to participate in the Contest.

2. The Contest is open to Vodafone Subscribers from 19th Feb. 2016 , 00:00:01 hrs till 25th Feb. 2016, 23:59:59 hrs, both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”). Vodafone reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest period, as it deems fit without any prior written notice to its subscribers.
3. The Contest is open for all Subscribers across Mumbai Circle who satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in Clause 5 below.

4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the operation of or participation in the Contest is prohibited in any part of Mumbai, thereof as per applicable law, the Subscribers from such part thereof shall not be eligible to subscribe to or participate in the Contest. No further notice shall be given by the Vodafone, in this regard.

5. Eligibility Criteria:
This Contest is open for subscription for all Vodafone Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must have an active 4G Vodafone sim card of Mumbai;
** Subscriber must belong to Mumbai Circle only;
** Subscriber must not have been subject of any criminal proceeding;
** Subscriber must not – be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship
** For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person and the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

6. Contest Process :
To participate in this contest customer has to use his Vodafone4G SIM card to doodle with and share that on his social media account with # Vodafone4GSimArt, the best doodle with maximum like will stand a chance to win exciting awards.

Upload your Vodafone4G Sim picture with doodle on our Facebook page with #Vodafone4GSimArt.

Awards:
** By participating in the Contest the subscriber merely becomes eligible to win an award.
** Vodafone reserves the right to change the awards to be awarded to the winners.
** Winner will be decided basis above mentioned method by Vodafone. Vodafone will have an absolute and sole discretion to choose the winner. The Subscriber shall be bound by the decision taken by Vodafone & shall not raise any dispute in this regard in any manner whatsoever.
** The winner will be announced on the official Vodafone Facebook page.
