Kotak Women’s Rally To The Valley Contest

1. The following terms & conditions, shall apply to all of the contests which will be conducted on the social networks “Facebook and “Twitter”.

2. The contest is open to Indian women citizens living in Mumbai only. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India and in cities other than Mumbai and men will be disqualified automatically.

3. Information as available on the Contest page and Contest Terms & Conditions page is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Kotak”) is not responsible for incorrect / misleading information relating to the Contest, presented / displayed on any source other than the Contest and Terms & Conditions page on facebook.com/KotakBank

4. To participate in the Contest through Facebook, participant/s has to follow the following steps:
(a) Like the Kotak Mahindra Bank page on Facebook.
(b) Participate by leaving a comment to question: Tell us why you want to be a part of the Women’s Rally To The Valley.

5. To participate in the Contest through Twitter, participant/s has to follow the following steps:
(a) Follow the official Kotak Mahindra Bank handle on Twitter
(b) Reply to the contest tweet stating why you want to be a part of the Women’s Rally To The Valley.

6. The most creative entries will be chosen as winners. The Bank has the right to choose the best creative and the contestant will be bound by the decision of the Bank.
7. Each winner will receive a pass to the Rally. 1 pass admits 4 women including the driver.
8. The contest period is from 22nd February, 2016 to 24th February, 2016
9. Winner has to be accompanied with minimum 1 and maximum 3 navigators/co-passengers(women only) during the rally.
10. Winner needs to get her own car to the rally
11. The contestant should hold a valid driving licence to drive an LMV.

12. Participation in the event is subject to the contestant fulfilling the terms and conditions as laid down by the organisers . Bank is only involved in facilitation of issuance of passes and is not involved in the event related activities . The organisers reserve the right to approve /disapprove participation and the decision of the organisers shall be final and binding on the participants .
13. A briefing session will be held on 28th February where all other necessary details will be shared
