Terms and Conditions of submitting photographs for the Mushroom Monthly Contest:
All photographs have to be the original work of the member submitting it.

A maximum of two photographs can be submitted by the member for each contest.

All entries must be resized to width:800 pixels height : 533 pixels Resolution : 72 pixels/inch and should remain within 150 KB.

No watermark of any kind is allowed.

All entries must be submitted together with your name, Mushroom Membership No. and provide a brief explanation of what inspired you to take the picture or what it means to you

We cannot consider photographs submitted on behalf of another person.

By submitting photograph(s) you:
** Give us permission to publish it in Mushroomcircle.org
** Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish it in electronic formats; and
** You give us permission to use your name and town or city of residence (and age if you are under 16) for the purpose of identifying you as the author of your photograph.

We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your photograph(s) or graphic as we think fit to appear in Mushroom.com web site and other Electronic media, and we may remove your photograph(s) at anytime without notice.

Photographs submitted after the Last Date will not be considered eligible for the respective competition

Important:
You retain ownership of the copyright in your photograph as its author and you are free to republish it wherever you wish and in whatever medium you want.
