#MazbootBudget Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. JK Lakshmi Cement, (hereinafter referred to as “JKLC”) is holding a Union Budget 2016 activity called #MazbootBudget and is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law. This campaign will be managed and run by its officially appointed Digital Agency.

2. The activity is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above.
3. The activity will begin on 24th February 2016 and will end on 29thFebruary 2016
4. To participate in this activity, the participant is required to visit the JKLC Facebook page ( facebook.com/JKLakshmiC… ), like the page and follow the steps as stated in the contest announcement post.
5. Participant can send in multiple entries. Entries will in no way impact the Union Budget.
6. Use of the #MazbootBudget is mandatory for all submissions.
7. JKLC reserves the right to pull out any entry during any given point of the activity period if deemed inappropriate.
8. Participating in the activity implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions.
9. After the activity period, random lucky winners will be selected and they would win personalized gifts.
10. The random lucky winners will be informed about the prize via Facebook.
11. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required or fails to provide proper contact details, the winner shall forfeit their Prize.
12. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of JKLC.
